IBIS Hotel located close to Stare Miasto is the perfect stay if you want to explore Warsaw.You will not only get what you pay for, you get so much more.Clean rooms, well soundisolated gives you a perfect night sleep.Fine breakfast.Tramway just outside, or taxi always staying at hotel. Highly recomended!

"Perfect night sleep at Ibis Stare Miasto"

It was my first stay at hotel Ibis Stare Miasto, and it was very pleasant experience.Room was very nice, clean. Bathroom very comfortable. WiFI was for free (very important for busy people! :) )Staff at the reception was very helpful when I had questions.Advertisment about good night sleep was all true - It was very comfortable and perfect experience.

"Good place for stopover stay"

We experienced very good and friendly service from the checkin-in till the checking-out. The room was quiet and well airconditioned. The Hotel location is very convenient. By and large, everything was fine & we enjoyed our short stay very much, indeed!Thank you!

A hotel with basic amenities (hair dryer, towels, TV, free Wifi and shower gel) with comfortable beds. The size of the room is quite big and it is easy walking around the room. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and ready to help.

More than adequate business type hotel. Bistro in Hotel is good. Breakfast ok. Very clean and efficiently run. Particularly handy for the old town - 10 mins walk. Tou can walk into the centre of Warsaw in about 30mins. Beds were lovely. Free internet facilities in the hotel were particularly handy (and fast) The only complaint was i paid full rate because the on line booking had not gone through from about 30 mins earlier.

Good functional hotel in great location - a few minutes walk to the Old Town. Good value for money. The only complaint I have is that, despite the floor being non-smoking, I kept getting cigarette fumes through the air con ducts. It disturbed my sleep and my clothes stank of cigarette smoke when I returned home.Otherwise very happy with the hotel.

had a great time durig staying this hotel. room is clean and comfortable, location is a little bit further from the stare miasto, but easy to take the bus to everywhere you needed. and always have taxi standby at this hotel, so either take the public transportation or taxi all very easy, plus the taxi in poland is very cheap, fro this hotel to central train station less than 20 zloty, anywhere in the central no more than 30 zloty. the restaurant in this hotel pretty good and tasty.services a little bit slow but ok, they pretty much can satisfied all your request.

IBIS is always consistant, you get a good clean room, fantastic service, a well priced brreakfast. Have traveled IBIS for years. Enjoy the always reasonable price of the their rooms. This IBIS is less than a 12 minute walk to the center of old town.

"Euro 2012 trip"

Stayed here for one night during the euro 2012 tournament. Was able to check in early in the morning, the staff on reception were helpful and spoke excellent english. Location is quite close to the old town (15 min walk approx). Room was a little dirty and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. However the hotel is value for money and pretty much what you would expect from an Ibis.

I know Ibis Hotels for a long time, and I am a convinced customer. if I have to say something I would like to improve, maybe it is the prices. You started with a more kind of 2-star prices, and now the prices sometimes are of 3 and 4-star hotels. You should pay attention on that, otherwise you might lose customers, that started coming to your hotels for the good value-for-money you were offering.

I think overall service of the hotel was good except for two things which bothered me a lot. First there was a water leakage in the bathroom sink and second the free internet servicewhich was available in the room for the first two days then it was only accessible in the lobby.Mansoor
