nice hotel and best location. Good hotel location can walk around in Kuta area and close to the beach. From floor 4 (swimming pools) can watch the sunset. The bedroom is cleanliness. But I spot / I found the water heater jug there are some ants ...................Need to be socialize many attractive promotions or discounts for guests staying at the hotel. When we stayed there, we got the best rates for hotel rooms, in addition to get a bonus that can be used to eat the restaurant or spa

I booked an ocean view room, and you have a view first on the road and then on the sea. It's very very noisy because of all the traffic just in front of your window. Of course on the website they don't mention that you have this very busy road beteween the hotel and the beach! never again and never again mercure

Reserved a double bed Ocean View Deluxe room on the hotels's website. The room was prepaid online. Took an early flight to Bali so arrived at the hotel before official check in time. Understandbly we have to wait till official check in time as hotel was full. This is acceptable though we were anxious to get a room to freshen up for a business meeting. A room facing the carpark was make available to us...not the ocean view room we were expecting. The reception didn't inform us. We only realized when we arrived in the room. Upon checking with the reception we were informed matter-of-factly that the ocean view rooms are all occupied. What a great disappointment! We booked this hotel because of the ocean view room and instead we were given a small room with a carpark view. And to think we were always loyal to the Accor brands. Being a AClub Gold member, instead of being rewarded with privileages we will 'rewarded' with disappointment. The hotel's website should not have reflected deluxe ocean view rooms during the booking process. What a damper to our trip.

A good hotel in a well placed location. We had a room on the first floor overlooking the internal water garden area. It was very noisey from guests checking out early or going on early tours. mozzies were in our room all the time. Assume staff leaving the room door open while servicing the room. The external room lighting is poor. Other hotels I have been in do spray the room on a daily basis for this problem. On a positive notel the pool area is perfect and with good service. The roof dining area was most enjoyable

Yes the rooms are small and unless you get a special it is relatively expensive; BUT the friendly staff, lovely pool and great location can't be beaten. (My husband also wants to add that the air conditioning was very efficient.) We're planning to stay again so that speaks for itself really.

We stayed in a superior ground floor room. The rooms are very small but that didn't worry us as we only really showered and slept there. The staff were fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble. The pool and its views are magnificent and lucky for us was never too busy. The service around the pool was a little slow but didn't really concern us too much. The location of the hotel is excellent and we can't wait to stay there again. Already planning our next trip there.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, the staff were incredibly friendly and service was of a high quality. Having stayed in Bali over 20 times, this was the 1st time we stayed at the Mercure and it wont be the last. We have a new favourite hotel. The front desk staff are so genuine and truly care in making your stay memorable and enjoyable. The rooms were cozy but we do not need alot of room. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and were comfortable. It was lovely to sit in the lobby and have pre dinner drinks before going out for the night. The pool area is quite and not busy considering the hotel was booked out. It was lovely to get a massage in the airconditioned glass rooms overlooking the beach and just laying out in basking in the sun whilst listening to the waves crash below you. Breakfast was good, plentiful and hot. Spa treatments were sensational and relaxed you instantly, housekeeping is of a high standard, concierge and front desk were brilliant and accommodating and the resort is in a great location. I will be retuning in a few months. Cant wait to go back

Great location ,great hotel,great staff,restaurant menu was a liitle poor,but overall a great place so close to beach and shops . Staff were so so friendly.restaurant in front of mecure is very bad ,but so many so close are good ,lots of nice new coffee shops very close also,and relax at the top level and watch the sunset was great.
