"okay for a short stay"

I know that this was the 2 start version of the Accor hotel chain and expected no less. It lives up to it's reputation of being a clean, 'no frills' hotel. My only issue was that I paid an extra 6 euro for breakfast of which I could have paid less and had more of a variety at the cafe in the the shopping mall around the corner. The rooms themselves are a little like college dorm rooms with bunkbeds but had a pretty cool lighting system in them.Overall, not bad, but I will know better NOT to purchase the overpriced, cold breakfast.

This is the only negative point. Apart from the surrounding not being the best, but public transport is available and takes you to the center easily.

We sat up second time at this hotel which location is very good, because it's very close to the public transportation /underground/. You can be in ten minutes in the heart of the city. Rooms are simply but clean and comfortable, service is good. You can leave your car in the garage of the hotel. I think it's the best choise if we speak about price/value ratio.

I liked every thing in the hotel, but I feel the hotel is not Hygienic. Coverning cloth of Bed blankets does not make any scense. Efectivly all peoples would have stayed in that hotel room used same blanket with out any cover.

Quite a good hotel for a very cheap price.Very clean rooms, flat screen with satelite TV, great service at the front desk (english, french speaking).Not noisy, very close to subway and shoping mall. few km from airport.

The hotel stuff, location, cleanliness were very good, but in the hotel I had part of a chinese group which they were very noisy. Good value for money. It is 10 minutes of walk to the closest subway station, only 5 subway stations to the city center

Very clean hotel,friendly,professional staff,near the tube,great value for the money,very good size room.Big disadvantage:not enough hangers,3 for a couple staying 2 nights isn´t enough,no drawers or whatever where to store the dress.

Great room design though it might be strange for sharing with a friend or business partner since the shower is off the main room and not in a bathroom. Only 2 blocks from the subway stop. Helpful staff.

- Friendly reception- Everything we've come to expect from Etap, apart from the room being larger than we expected- Clean- No hidden surprises- Close to Gasometer U-Bahn, about 20 minutes walk to S7 to airport- Near supermarkets, and petrol station over the road had a small shop open on Sunday

That wasn't my first visit in this Hotel. But all of explanations I've taken form the recepcion desk been still very usefull and VERY polite. Hotel has a perfect location, close to U-Bahn and P+R parking. Possibility of using underground parking just for packimg is excellent. Good prize, Clean. Familiar atmosphere. Internet transmission COULD BY a little faster (c:Surprise: Man in recepcion desk been a polish-spoken person - VERY RARE and polite, his polish been almost perfect (Horrible language to learn, please belive me! It is my language of origin)

The room was ok. More space for clothing will be welcome. Kindly personal on the reception.It is far from the center but was nice for me because I came with the bus and the station was on 10 minutes walk.Didn't like the noise from the bathroom. Plumbing isolation was poor and the noise from other rooms disturb the sleep.Like the personal didn;t like the noise from bathroom
"A great little hotel- very good value for money"

My Husband and I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very well located as it was a five minute walk from the subway station as well a big mall where you could buy provisions like fruits, milk etc,, Also had a McDonald's that opens early and stays open till late.The only thing I would like to suggest is that the hotel puts in a little more furniture for example a bench to keep one's luggage on and a chair to sit on.

The hotel is far from the city center. The site reports that the location is Sankt Marx, but it is far from the tram stop point in this neighborhood. You have to take a subway to Gasometer station and walk 1 km to the hotel. The breakfast ist expensive and poor, comparing with another hotels like Ibis. About the bedroom, the hotels of this chian don't replace linens and towels. Thus, there is always a hair on the bed.The hotel offers free access to internet.

Hotel rooms are very poor and dirty. Smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere.We booked non smokers rooms but were given smokers ones. The smell was awful. The carpet was wit dirty spots and same were on the walls of the room. There was dust everywhere in the room.

Clean rooms, quite spacious, with basic utilities. Breakfast a little bit simple for the money, so I think does not worth it. Car park is on the basement, 0.50 Euro per hour, first two are free. Is quit quiet, although close to the motorway. this is a god point. Also the Gasometer metro station is 300m away.

no problems here at all , nice helpful people, internet access , interesting town center . i think it is a popular place for people travelling through so if you can , book a room online .the only mistake i made was getting a microwave meal from the garage across the road , better to walk further into town and eat there .

Attended a conference in Vienna. Hotel is conveniently located whithin easy reach of city centre using metro (app. 5 min walk from hotel). Rooms are generaly well finished and clean. Although there were busy roads around, windows were doubleglazed so it was very quiet. Service was great, room was cleaned daily and towels changed.Overall, great value for money.
