"just suitable for basic stop for ferry"

very basic but good value for overnight stop when using ferry. there is insufficient light to read in bed due to design of bed unit. toilets very basic and difficult for disabled person..there was no disabled toilet on the floor I was allocated. However have used this hotel before despite drawbacks as cheap and convenient just for an overnight place to lay ones head and near ferryport

Receptionist couldn't find my reservation that I'd paid for online.......I had misplaced the reservation number.........and she couldn't be bothered to look for it so I had to pay again.....and then I found it but she shrugged her shoulders. My Spanish is limited and her English was non existent........the room was clean but dismal with shower and loo down the corridor........I left and checked into another hotel nearby!
