Rooms were not cleaned properly... In bathroom could see traces of hair on the door. My room was facing the busy street which made it quite noisy whole night. Any body visiting here, please request for rooms on other side, not facing street. Not so friendly staff. Overall below average rating.!!

Good location - easy access to centrum. Beds were not so comfortable, otherwise typical IBIS. Nice staff, free internet, good breakfast and even full, very quiet during night.

This Ibis is very central & the staff were most helpful. Our room was fine and we slept well. However we did not have breakfast as we felt an extra 30 euros a day on our bill was too much. We had breakfast at a nearby bar for 14euros for two and would have spent that at the hotel if the breakfast was reasonably priced.

This Ibis hotel has a fantastic, central location offering many opportunities for dining and shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious with the standard Ibis decor. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful during my stay.

Great location, convenient to tram and Den Haag Centraal station. Close to the central shopping area. The rooms are good enough. Not much selection on the television stations. Wire option in room is cheap

I have stayed in Ibis City Center in the Hague for at least 6 times and it continues to be my favorite choice in the city. It is clean, superbly located and reasonably equipped with facilities you would expect plus it is a great value for money. \There is no real restaurant though, which is a pity, but one can have a dinner snack if needed. Besides, there is an abundance of restaurants nearby, so no real worry. The only thing I wished it had is free wireless internet in rooms, but they do have it only in the lobby upon request.

"Great hotel - highly recommended"

I stayed there for only one night - didn't have breakfast! Great service, nice people, awesome bed, clean and quiet room, super clean bathroom. All in all it was a pleasant stay - the only thing I could complain about is the high price. 127 Euro for one night is a lot to pay when you're travelling alone. The location is great - directly in the middle of the shopping area of The Hague / Den Haag. Supermarkets just around the corner and the central station is only 15 minutes (walking distance) away!

The hotel has excellent location and staff were very attentive and kind. The services provided were of good quality and I would recommend the Ibis City Centre to other coleagues if they travel to the Hague.
"Worst experience have ever had"

I had a business trip and had booked my room with a credit card confirmation. When I came to the hotel late in the evening they said they had given my room to someone else and now they where fully booked. I showed the confirmation of my booking where it is clearly stated that the booking is binding. But they just tried to throw me out. When I said I would then have to call the police they said they calmed down and said they can arrange a room from their other hotel. So they did but the hotel was 7 kilometers away and they did not even want pay the taxi. The two guys in the reception were extremely rude. The taxi driver said this hotel is regularly overbooking their rooms. I write this review as I hope that nobody else would need to have an experience like this.

Perfect location in the city and near to tram station.All is nice and clean, good breakfast.Choose this hotel when you want to be in center but also easy to reach any destination by tram.In the evening you can have good snacks at fare price.Large bed gives you very good night sleep.

A short cab ride (or a fifteen-minute walk) from two train stations and a central location led us to choose this hotel.The room was a little small, especially with the third bed in place (and not stacked away). This led to little space for setting up our netbook to check our emails.That was the only downside to the hotel. They had an excellent buffet breakfast (if somewhat pricey at 15 Euros) which included something we had never seen before -- little boxes of chocolate flakes and chocolate sprinkles for putting on your toast.Very professional and courteous staff manned the reception desks and check-in and check-out was quick.

My first stay in IBIS was about two years ago and was quite impressed with everything. I have stayed there two more times, the last of which was in December 2010 and have observed that the bathroom is not as clean and worst of all the pillows were quite uncomfortable. I found out the pillows of the hotel were all replaced with a very soft pillow and did not provide support when sleeping. As a solution, the staff inserted towels into the pillow case. It should be noted that the cases were way too big for the pillows. It seemed that the pillows were square while the cases were rectangular. IIt seemed so unprofessional and poor quality. I do hope that this problem will be rectified as I will be returning to Den Haag again in the near future. At this time, I am unable to recommend this hotel. However, service was the best.
