The windows must be able to close properly to keep put the noise from the traffic!The carpet was stained and the cleaning not very well performed.One of the doors to the shower cabin was hanging partly loose. The bed was too hard.The location was OK regarding distance to the city and the Frankfurt fair, but really horrible regarding the road.Breakfast was good, and the free internet in the lobby worked well.

When we was sleeping at night suddenly, Alarm sounds.. everybody rush and in the reception the person tolds it just an fault. It is horrible. And the wood on bed had feel down when sleeping. The Hotel would be not so bad nor so good.

A bottle of water and coffe or tea in room as gift is a great respect for your guest.I saw this in IBIS Istanbul.(it is not matter of cost). Rooms should have Safe. Water did not drain well in my bath. There was hot water in lobby but not glasses not coffee not tea!

Although distant from the city center, there is a tram stop just around the corner (the tram line number 17 ends there), that runs every 10 minutes and takes about 10min to the city central station and from there you can take another transportation ( fare included in the first ticket you bought) to anywhere in the city, including the airport (this destination costs more because is in out of the city limits). You can reach the hotel from the airport in about 45 minutes. At the airport informations desk I was told the taxi would cost about 30€ and the train+tram combination fare was 6,40€. Leaving the arrival lobby at the airport, follow the indications to the trains, buy your tickets to Frankfurt city in the machine, follow the indications and just descend the stairs to the train line. The 3rd train stop is the Hauptbahnhof, the central station. Just across the front door (less than 100m from the door) there is a tram stop for tram number 17 that will take you directly to the hotel. Take care to get the tram for the direction Rebstockbaden and not for the opposite direction. The hotel is tipical Ibis hotel: practical, clean and safe, that is what i think enough for my needs in this kind of trip. Negative point: Wifi-free only in the lobby, paid in the rooms.

The hotel is in a calm location with a tram that connects to city centre (railway station) within 15 minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff were especially helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel (and the breakfast!).

Nice hotel but far away from city. Twice back to the city and that will cost 4x2,40 on the no 17 tram that stops right outside. New and clean. The bathroom like one in a yacht. If you are a light sleeper get a room away from the elevators. No traffic noise.

Reservation worked well. Arrival experience was average. During the stay was average. Your restaurant need to add little more Service touch. Could be stunning if promoted well. Breakfast items, especially bread items are not fresh. However tea cofee facility is very good. I had dinner "Turky with poteto" ( delivered with taste also the waitress who served was very much guest focused. I do not remember the name. On 22nd evening shift) Departure experience was good. In room if you have a kettle with coffee/tea facility - would be very good. The ironing facility in 6th floor is a good idea. Cancelling the double lock from room to be rethinked. A family may not feel comfortable.

Unflashy hotel. All clean and tidy. For the money and for a quiet business trip, it was ideal. Good food in the restaurant, but don't expect to sample any local mightlife near the hotel - v quiet spot - it seems to be on the edge of a developing business park, with no other nearby amenities.
