Novotel Valladolid: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Took Dogs at a cost"

Novotel Valladolid: 4.0 out of 5 stars "One night stop"

Novotel Valladolid: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Ideal for pets"

9th March 2012, Crawley

Bright and airy hotel with freindly helpfull staff, good to stay with pets, lots of walking areas close by, good restaurant, we had a good restfull night, safe parking and close to main roadways..Ideal stopover North to Southern Spain/Portugal

Novotel Valladolid: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Convenience"

9th March 2012, UKandSpainFootprint, UK and Spain

I stayed at this hotel 'en route' back to the UK from southern spain. It was convenient from the motorway and as with all this group's hotels having the GPS coordinates helps. Location-wise for Valladolid itself I cannot comment on as I did not venture far. The hotel is bright and fresh, on arrival the staff are friendly and helpful. My two little dogs were given 'gifts' and there is certainly a better attitude towards pets than in the UK. The room was of a good standard and the bathroom excellent. I had room service so cannot comment on the whole dining experience and I did not have breakfast as on long trips I don't. My room service meal was good and it was timely. There is parking outside the hotel for arrival and secure parking underneath and to one side which you can access after check-in.The downside I found was the extra 40 euros for one night for my two well-behaved and clean Border Terriers and the 12 euros for overnight parking.I'd certainly recommend this hotel.

Novotel Valladolid: 4.0 out of 5 stars "visiting friends in Valladolid"

1st September 2011, birmingham

worked out really well for us, good location, clean and comfortable. Hotel was easy to find, and easy to get to other parts of the city, and main roads for the rest of CastillaZ . we really liked the web mac in the lobby the pool was a little small but it was okay .

Novotel Valladolid: 5.0 out of 5 stars "An Excellent Quality Hotel"

15th August 2011, Camberley

This hotel is very well located for an overnight stopover whilst driving from the UK to the Costa Del Sol. Very polite and helpful staff who all spoke several languages, including English. Safe Underground Car Park if your car is full of luggage. Modern, quiet and Air Conditioned rooms with Tea and Coffee making facilities. Free fast WiFi throughtout the hotel. There is a MacDonalds very nearby if you don't fancy the Restaurant, which I found quite expensive. It only took 10 minutes to walk from the hotel into the City Centre.

Novotel Valladolid: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Nice Novotel"

23rd July 2011, Knokke-Heist

Nice modern hotel in Valladolid, close to the highway E80 / A62, an ideal stopover on a drive down to the south of Spain or Portugal. Food at the restaurant was good. The hotel also has a nice pool and terrace area, plus underground parking.

Novotel Valladolid: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Stay in Valladolid"

19th July 2011, menen

Hotel was very good, representative for the new Novotel standard.Personnel was not very good in english nor french, despite the respective flags on the shirt.... but that is wat everyone can expect in the center of Spain (....)Swimming pool is located in very nice decor (like a garden) but is very bad located for the heat of the sun (late afternoon there is no sun, and a col swimming pool)

Novotel Valladolid: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Excellent choice"

14th July 2011, madrid

Great stop between S.Spain and Bilbao/Santander. Hotel easy to get to from motorway.Prefer Accor group of hotels as they accept dogs(small fee payable directly to reception). Excellent secure parking.Good food. Restaurant open for dinner until 11pm.

Novotel Valladolid: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Not so good this time..............."

12th June 2011, London, United Kingdom

For a regular at this hotel, not such a good stay this time.........Despite our request for a non-smoking room, we were given one which reeked of cigarette smoke. Asked to change to be given a room [120] next to the lift. Thought that it might be in a noisy location but it wasn't exterior noise that got us but that from a toilet cistern hissing every minute through the night. This only became apparent later after we were settled. This cannot have been a new problem. Fail to undersand why housekeepers don't fix things like smells and faulty cisterns. In the a.m. thought we would have an "Express Breakfast" and be off quickly to be told that it wasn't available before 8.00 a.m. Surely some would like a quick, early breakfast to be available ahead of a fast get-away? Isn't it easier to provide coffee/juice/toast or pastries than a full breakfast? I hope it is better next time.

Novotel Valladolid: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Very friendly Hotel"

12th January 2011, Malaga

In spite of being big and modern the staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. It is a bit out of town but has good access to all the main roads north and south.

Novotel Valladolid: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Calm, modern and high quality"

31st December 2010, Lisbon

A modern, calm and very comfortable hotel. Good value for money menu for both chidlren and adults, interesting family room rates with free breakfast. Everything you expect from the Novotel chain. Underground car park if you need it. Ideal as a break from a long journey, but not for those who want to be in the city centre.

Novotel Valladolid: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Customer satisfaction"
