Really enjoyed our stay & appreciated the room upgrade. The complimentary bottle of wine was really nice and the chocolates sensational. Only minor issue was the lateness of room service, they didn't come untill 4pm when we were getting ready to go out. We had to wait 10 minutes to check out as a couple took quite a while to check in & there was only one person on check out duties at 9.30 am.

Whole experience was great, rooms perfect, checking in and out no problem, bags delivered promptly to room. Breakfast was delicious and staff could not do enough for us.

We stayed at the Wentworth for 4 days between cruises, so we weren't far from Circular Quay, or anywhere for that matter. Easy to get to all parts of the city from the hotel and it's well-presented too.

The hotel is under construction with no easy access, no proper dining facilities, slower room service. Having worked until 2am, I was not happy to be woken by hammering from the construction floors above at 7am. Not staying again until the construction is finished. Suggested you give a big warning before letting people book. Only saving grace was friendly staff.
