The staff at the Ibis Northampton work as a great friendly intimate team who delivered a really nice stay for us. In particular, Sharon, the general manager, was very alive to all her guests needs. We had a small issue which she dealt with professionally and without hesitation. Well done the Ibis team.

It's a nice and very secure hotel and car park. I wish there were instructions on how to use the room heater, but I could have asked if needed. Breakfast is good but get there early before supplies run out.

Lovely, accommodating team, and a very thoughtful welcome back gift, which was much appreciated. Well run, and they made my late cancellation and then last minute re-booking very easy - thank you.

Overall stay was fairly comfortable. Only negatives were it was quite noisy in the evening as not much sound proofing between rooms and the carpet in my Sweet Room had quite a few stains on it. But otherwise everything else was fine.
