"Stay here for its excellent location - Subway Line 2 & Line 5"

Excellent location, comfortable room. However, service staff at front desk are not very friendly. Breakfast at its Citrus Cafe is not up to expectation, they are very slow to refill empty buffet trays, leaving hotel guests to walk round with empty plates. Pillows are too soft for a good night's rest. If location is what you are looking for, THIS is the hotel to stay in !
"Cost Effective In Convenient Location"

The hotel is situated at city centre and very close to a Terminal of the Underground Railway (MTR). I stayed in a room on Executive Floor. The room size and sleep quality are both very good. The service of the Reception staff is very impressive too. They are professional and efficient - very quick check in and out. The only worst comment was the breakfast. The service of the Chefs at work were terribly bad. Some basic things like butter, jam, bread and bacon were not available at 10:00 a.m. though the breakfast time should end at 10:30. The response of the Chefs there was " No and no refill". Too bad !!!

Good customer service. Clean rooms BUT every other room cuatomers were smoking making the stayed very unconfortabel very dificult to sleep also the rooms were to hot. Other then that I will ecomend the hotel due to the location is accesible to subway . Please make sure that the hotel reinforce the NON SMOKING in the rooms. thank you for the survey. Eleonor zurita
"Great Access to Beijing"

Great location to subway was the most wonderful aspect of this hotel. Service was good, the standout service came from front desk staff and concierge (with the housekeeping a little under par).Rooms are good, comfortable beds, great heating and good selection of english tv channels and free wifi made cold nights and mornings pleasant as did the breakfast buffet which offered a variety of decent enough options.Many resturants a bakery and shop available within this hotel seemed good (although we did not use them) as mentoned the absolute best is the subway access.Don't be scared - use the subway - it is an experience in and of itself in addition to being the best way to get around Beijing - not to mention at about 30 cents a ride very cost effective.And try visiting the ba da ling part of the wall by train - 30 cents to connect to the Beijing North station - then 90 cents to Ba da ling - great veiwsof the wall along the way made this a perfect option for seeing the wall in winter as theexperience was extended to include the train ride not just the time at the wall - which is not long that you want to stay out on the wall in -3 degrees celsius !!!
