"Compliments and late check-out"

It would be great if there was a television in front of the bed, preferably LCD. I believe that Mercury has been a Parthenon in the past. So, I think that applies the suggestion to put a swivel television stand on the wall between the bedroom and living room, like Parthenon 's style (and several other aparts too).For over 10 years I have been a Compliments card customer, but for this time I was misinformed that it has migrated to AClub Compliments and no longer exists. The late check out is a treat for the customer with no cost to the hotel. It is a benefit of the Compliments I have always used for improving the conciliation of the hotel check out time and boarding the plane. Unfortunately for this time I was forced to pay for half the daily late check out, which made me quite unhappy with the hotel.

I liked the hotel and area very much and i will probably come back to this hotel in my next stay in Porto Alegre.I hope i will have more time explore the city and neigbourhoods next visitAnd the big lagoon looks very nice from the airplane so i look forward to make a boat tour/Jan
