The room is small, noisy, and dirty, and the shower is broken. Even if you hang the paper asking for cleaning, they never do it.

We take great pride in our central location and recent renovations, which include our refurbished bathrooms and updated studio furnishings, aiming to provide a comfortable environment for our guests. We regret to learn that the noise levels and the state of the studio were not to your satisfaction. While our studios are equipped with double-glazed windows to minimize noise, and our higher floors are generally quieter, we understand that there can still be disturbances, and we provide earplugs for added comfort. Regarding cleanliness, our team is dedicated to maintaining a high standard, with a cleaning service available from Monday through Friday. For any oversight, we encourage guests to report it to us so that we can immediately address the matter, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic stay. We recognize that the cost of services in Geneva can feel substantial, and we strive to offer competitive pricing for the amenities and location we provide. We also regret that our sustainable initiatives were not made more apparent; we participate in the Planet 21 program, reflecting our commitment to eco-friendly practices. 1. The booking.com app said the if I found cheaper at another site, the property will price match and refund the difference. After booking, I did find a 20 GBP approx cheaper and messaged the property but they gave no refund.

I ap an Accor Club member — I am a 62 yr old woman - I was in Geneva for a conference - I did not appreciate having a hotel recommendation from Accor that put me in the middle of the red light district with alot of bars, prostitution and men wandering around. I will never stay there again!

The check-in location is not clearly marked. There is a used dirty towel in the room, no toiletries, and mold spots on the cups. Very poor living experience
