"My second stay at the Pullman G silom"

for the second time I stayed in this hotel. the location can't be better then that. recently renovated, lovely staff, great service.you can have your own privacy. the view from the upper floor is amazing.

I like the modern feel from the moment you enter the foyer, I found the staff friendly and helpful.High volume of guest wanting to have breakfast made lengthy queues an issue whilst staff were quite professional in organizing tables for guest the delays are frustrating.I will stay at this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.

For a flagship Hotel of the Accor Group expected much more --- previously had stayed at the Novotel at the airport - where the service 7 ambience was better . Seems to be doing well in terms of the occupancy because of the great location on the Silom road just off the Ratchadamri Avenue and near to the metro stations ...........

This is a good hotel with all of white decoration. I am happy to be this art hotel, the only thing is the hotel didn't have enough space for the breakfast so you will required for queue around half hour before get your breakfast. Traveler should consider about this issue if you didn't want to be dissapointed

It is a very nice and lifely hotel with contemporary style. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean and the bed is very comfortable. Location is around 5 - 10 minutes walk to BTS station

The room was nicely decorated, with lots of room. Location is excellent, close to the metro station. However, staff needs some on-job and english langage training. Service was not proactive at all especially at the club lounge.

nice hotel with polite and courteous staff esp those stationed at the entrance to welcome guests. i love the predominantly white color motif of the interiors and the fresh scent wafting around the lobby giving off that spa-like freshness esp upon getting out of the elevators or while gently swaying in one of those metal swings near the hallway. the Scarlett Winebar is highly recommended. the food and selection of wines is absolutely fantastic and the service is commendable esp the personal attention of mr. alex, the Manager. We had a wonderful time.....

Hotel OK stay was for both holiday & keeping in touch with my business in Australia, the wifi was hopeless, breakfast was not in the same class as Pullman King Power also not enough room for the numbers, the pool area too small also, booked out a few days earlier & went to Pullman King Power which is a much better set up. Only stayed at Pullman G as we could not get into King Power over New Year.Would not stay there again if we could not get into King Power would stay elsewhere.

i spent my xmas there with my wife and we enjoyed very much. everything is good except that quality of the food and beverages at Mistral restaurant can be improved. Scarlet was good with a good view of bangkok city.
