Good location; easy to get around with public transport. We visited this hotel numerous times over the past 20+ years. Mostly we stayed in an executive room/executive floor.

Likely, we will no longer be staying at Grand Mercure Roxy, but will stay at another ACCOR hotel, such as the Novotel at Clarke Quay (where we stayed a few times over the years). Unfortunately, the pore-COVID service/amenities are no longer the same. (e.g. executive lounge facilities, courtesy transport to and from airport).
