Have stayed at the Mercure Roxy on several occasions. This time we booked a Junior Suite, which is very much like a comfortable one bedroomed apartment. The room grade permits access to the Executive Lounge, which has a great views and self-service complimentary hot beverages & soft drinks. The inclusive breakfast is now in the Feast Asia restaurant. The free cocktail hour(s) & light buffet, a feature of the Lounge, are now served in the Breeze Bar, adjacent to the swimming pool. This is probably due to staff issues since the pandemic. The good news is that the road works, outside the hotel, are almost completed & the MRT Station will open in June. Would recommend staying at the hotel.

Location is very good. Nearby shopping mall, easy to find food and transportation.

They give us complimentary extra bed for our 6 years old kid, very accomodating. Almost all staffs are friendly. Comfortable 4 nights stay for us. Minus point: check in is a little slow, but we can manage that. Thank you.

As always, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was great. Just one thing if possible to be provided, which is bidet in the toilet.
