"Good hotel"

Had a really great stay in this hotel. Location is good and hotel is quite new.Only disappointment : they advertise an indoor heated pool. I went there and the pool is not indoor but under a shelter. the water was apparently contaminated when i was there and could not use the pool.

I enjoyed the room and the quietness, spacious room clean, the staff spoke english, breakfast was not big deal, selection was quite limited for continental, this is the only negative aspect for this hotel
"not a good standard for a Novotel"

The bed was really hard, by using 2 underlays it got not quite acceptable.The restaurant had a very mediocre buffet selection; best to go to the one around the corner.The staff were nice enough but had no idea how I could go best to Hong Kong Airport to catch my flight. Not really the Novotel standard I expect.

Nice hotel for business and holidaygood location Only got 1 Jusco nearby. About 5 min walk....near to MRT station which is convenientfor shopping, not much unless to travel out of the area

Location is not that good, The hotel is at the middle way of two subway station.take 5-10 mins walk to largest mall of ShenZhenLobby is not good, Sevice just ok, The room is good.

The location of the hotel is very good surrounded with shopping malls and beautiful Lichee Park. 20 min walk to the city center, 10 min by taxi (around 20 RMB) and close to 2 metro stations. The hotel staff's english knowledge is not so good. But I would stay again.

Overall it's very good choice for a business trip in shenzhen, close to the major business landmarks and near the shopping areas, very good room interior and hotel facilitie.

bad interent, the slowest in china, that i seen. no help with currency exchange. the restaurant staff extremely rude and inconsiderate. location is difficult for access, very far from subway. overall, i recommend you select another place

The hotel location is near Metro and shopping mall, all located at a walking distance.The rooms I stayed is a 2 single beds room, is a freshly renovated room and clean, room service is good. If you don't set your alarm for a morning wake up call, you will definitely oversleep.The only minus point with this hotel is, many of the staff don't understand English very well, so you will find difficulty if you ask for direction.

The hotel is very well located, a few minutes walk to the Metro, to the Jusco mall, to the book centre etc. Very accssible but not crowded in such prime location. Service and breakfast is good.

The location is good and the price is acceptable. The room is clean and the wi-fi conection is very good. The Hotel is near MTR. It located between old urban area and new shopping mall. It's good for shopping and tasting traditional and western food.

1. The Front office staff were unhelpful and non-professional. Check-in staff committed late check-out but on check out date, they kept calling us to check out time. Mess-up in payment.2. Conceige staff were not helpful as well. Asked for help on some attracting locations but did not help us at all.3. As the occupency rate was low, the hotel turned off the water heater that we didn't have hot water for bathing after twelve midnight. Refused to apologized but kept arguing the weather was too cold. But after 45 minutes, hot water was back. Even when we complained during check-out, they still denied.4. The poorest Accors hotel I have ever stayed. Very disappointed and spoiled my Lunar New Year vacation.

The service is very good with the style of Europe. The room is very clean and bright. For my sleeiping for 3 night are very relax. The loacation of the hotel is very traffic, the metro and bus stops is very near to it. and the shopping mall and the local restraunt are both near to it. On the opposite of the hotel is a leisure city park with a lake.
