Had a very pleasant stay staff in hotel very friendly and helpful - would stay here again.Difficult to get to from main road went round in circles. Metro 20 min walk away. Didn't find nice restaurant in the immediate area unfortunately. No probs with room considering what we paid had view of seine. Would recommend for money.

This location may not work for everybody as there is no metro or RER nearby. For me it worked well as one of the buses took me right where I needed to be every day.The hotel is a bit hard to find as you arrive for the first time, especially if you end up walking from La Defense like me, which is definitely too far to walk with any luggage.Check in is quick and you pay for your stay up front so there is no need for a check out at the end.Rooms are good for the price and breakfast is basic, but ok if you're in a hurry.

If you work in a reception of a hostel that is in a famous city, that receive a lot of tourists, you should be able to speak english. My first language is Italian, wherever I go abroad of Italy, I use english to keep a good comunication. I stayed little bit disappointed this behavior of french people. The breakfast is so poor, I did not like. The automatic machine that supply food, drink and coffee was not working. There was not information with maps to travel about Paris at the reception.There was not steps in my room to access upstairs bed.In a score from 0 to 10, I give a 5, unfortunately.Mr Guilherme Monteiro
"Rude staff and smelly"

All staff are pretty rude, and very unpolite. Most of them do not speak English, or don't want to. Whenever I needed help, they were beahaving as they were doing a favor and not a service which I paid for.All the areas of the hotel smells like cigarette, even in non-smoking areas and rooms
