Very good and well located hotel. It could have a better bed, but it was very good over all.The staff was very friendly and the food fantastic!!

[Be aware that the 'very good' rate is in comparison to other similar hotels in Belo Horizonte; this is a city with poor accomodation options.]I have been to Belo Horizonte a few times on business and I've stayed in many 3-4 stars hotels. This was one of the best, particularly because it met the expectations I had.The reception staff was nice - although I had to tell them that I had booked two rooms instead of one, which they assumed by getting my name and seeing me in line with my colleague. The rooms were good - big rooms, comfortable beds, tv, desk, armchair, air conditioner. Restrooms were also good, although the towels could be newer and better (but that's my review for every hotel in BH).The thing that actually bothered me was the cleanliness in my room, as I could see some dust next to the bed and hair in the bathroom sink. My colleague didn't have the same problem, so my luck might not have been the best that day.All in all, I'd recommend this hotel because it meets expectations. I've been to 4 hotels in BH and this one delivers what you're paying for. I've paid more and gotten way less than this.

Preventive maintenance of the safes, since during my stay no safe was furnished. Maintenance could not fix ours. Various attempts where undertaken, however they where unsuccessfull. thus we had no safe during our stay.

As an Accor member, i've stayed at Mercure Lourdes for a few times.this time, my chek in took 20 minutes, the safe wasn't working and housekeeping forgot to refill the soap and paper for two days (we had to call them every day).It has a great location and I hope the service will improve with the oppnenings of new hotels in BH.

Upon arrival, Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived early in the morning and requested early check-in. Although they didn't have rooms at that moment, they were able to check us in within an hour. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, with great views of the city. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it.

I have been many times to Belo Horizonte but this was my first stay at the Mercure Belo Horizonte Lourdes. I found the hotel to be clean, the staff professional and polite, the internet connection functional, an acceptable gym and lap pool, an excellent breakfast, and prices reasonable.John MulhollandAlpharetta, GA
