Mr Mohamed RAGAB, the manager of the Al Saeed Hotel Taiz - MGallery Collection hotel, would like to welcome you.
The city of Taiz has a rich history stretching back over 1000 years. Among its historical attractions are the 6th century Turkish Al-Ashrafiya mosque, the ancient citadel of Al-Qahira Castle, and Bab al-Kabir, the gateway to the old city's souks. TodayTaiz is the largest industrial centre in Yemen, and continues to produce woven cotton, tanned leather and jewellery, as well as the coffee for which the area is famous. Up the mountain, cliff-hung villages preserve the traditions of centuries.
