ibis World Trade Centre Dubai: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Omar H"

25th August 2013, ohito, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

1- good location, near to the metro station.2- rooms are very small.3-Service is good, but unfortunately there is no iron or iron table and you have to order them by phone.4- room rate is expensive in the seasons comparing with the other hotels in the same level.

ibis World Trade Centre Dubai: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Good Location nearby Shaikh Zaid Road"

19th August 2013, mohammed_khaldi_6, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

The best feature in this hot is the location, service. There is a problem in the elevator only one elevator is working. Three is a free parking but is far away from the hotel. You can have a parking but you have pay 260 DAE and they will return them back in the check out.

ibis World Trade Centre Dubai: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Good location but old rooms"

25th June 2013, Ian_092110, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

This IBIS branch is in a very good location. Metro station is very near. Hotel located exactly on World Trade Center. The room seems ok but i think the building is a bit old. Beddings are great, I slept soundly.Bad part is the PARKING, if you have a vehicle with you. This is the only IBIS in Dubai that does not have its own parking.... its renting from a nearby multi-level parking that you need to walk i think for 10 to 15mins to reach the hotel depending on the time you park... it passes through the trade center and if you get lucky there is a short-cut but if you come in late... add another 40 to 50m of walking...

ibis World Trade Centre Dubai: 2.0 out of 5 stars "Should be branded as Ibis Budget rather than regular Ibis"

5th March 2013, Moscow

Should be branded as Ibis Budget as facilities are really way below regular Ibis hotel. As well as the price should be much lower. Quite old and shabby. Accor Hotels membership means nothing to staff. Their loyalty program priority desk was never attended and you would have to queue for check-in or check-out. Also the front desk stuff would conveniently disappear at pick times "for lunch". In 2013 no wifi in rooms and simple things like a bottle of water costing nothing really is it too much especially in a hot location like Dubai? Or you really think that tourists would have with them enough of local coins to buy water from those useless vending machines you've put in corridors nobody is really using and just producing the noise? Really this hotel won't sustain a comparison even with other Ibis hotels in town.

ibis World Trade Centre Dubai: 2.0 out of 5 stars "Need to improve customer service"

1st March 2013, Ger265, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

When arrive was not greeted by friendly staff, they were just going through the motions. When asked about paring for my car, was told there was two options, but not told what the options were, so had to ask again. Told could use the nearby car park, shown a map on the computer screen how to drive there, but car park was not on the map. When tried to drive to car park, found there was road works and had to drive around again to find car park. When got to the room, there was a damp smell, and the AC was lowered to 15degrees, so room was very cold. The bathroom is small and cramped. The chambermaid was friendly when he meet us in the hallway. He asked if we wanted our towels changed and anything else clean or done in our room. The breakfast next morning was good, a good selection of food. The room was cheap, so I expect you get what you pay for. Next time I will look around more and pay a bit extra for a more comfortable place to stay.

ibis World Trade Centre Dubai: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Good location. Even so,"

13th February 2013, myeoner, Seoul, South Korea

Please check before you choose. Free-wifi only in the lobby, tiny room space, etc, but the nearest hotel to convention center, so only 3-min walk distance from room to room. You can save expense for taxi.
