Very good value! You also cannot beat their.breakfast for the price. A strong recommendation for the sightseeing penury outs traveler!

I stayed a couple of times in this hotel and it's always been great. Refurbished rooms, clean, quiet, very good service, great restaurant at walking distance.... Highely recommended!!

Stayed with the family on the way abck fronm skiing however the room smelt of smoke even though we asked for a non smoking room .They ahd treid to take away the smell but we were told they were full so could not do anything about it .The result was our family had a restless night and our clothes smelt of smoke the next day .Staff were very good

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very easy to find and to get back onto the A26 main road back to Calais. Lots of decent places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. Big Carrefour 2 minutes if you on your way down.

Used the hotel as a stopover on the way to the Alps for skiing. Arrived late, but a friendly English-speaking receptionist was very helpful, including sorting out a brief problem with one of the door codes. Had a 3 room and a double, which were fine.

The Etap Hotel at Reims-Thillois is a functional hotel room with decent bed linnen and clean bathroom. Unfortunately the bed had very small pillows and very uncomfortable and hard matresses, as we were only staying in the hotel for 5 hours of sleep.... the hard bed made it a very short night.

Overnight stop on way back from ski trip. Great nights sleep in clean room. Only problem was finding the hotel as sat nav didn't know about new Autoroute bypass around Reims. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends etc.

Convenient: At the edge of the city, on motorway exit, and within walking distance of several nice restaurants; Clean rooms, friendly staff, great basic breakfast. Good quality at an economy price.

Booked three rooms as we were travelling with extended family and teenagers. Very convenient if you are travelling by car. We were doing the champagne tours and Epernay is 30 minutes from the hotel. Centre of Reims also very close for travel by car. The rooms were fabulous.... loved all the lovely lighting features.... great shower!! Very pleasant stay overall.

We booked the ETAP just outside of Reims as a stopover on the way back to the UK. As soon as we arrived we received a warm and friendly welcome at the reception. We booked two rooms and were impressed with how clean they were and the general standard of the hotel. For a 'budget' hotel this was more than we expected and out kids thought the rooms were very 'cool', particularly the lighting. I would definitely stay again as a stopover

Stayed here for one night en route to the French Alps - much better value than similar hotels at Calais - bedrooms considered well-funky by the kids, with single bunk and light-up shower head! Receptionist was good-humoured despite our late arrival. Only criticism was the breakfast area which was cramped and could have been better ventilated.
