A good ,clean and very centrally situated hotel, has a good breakfast to get you on the go for the day ahead. Staff very helpful and very informative when asked for things to do and see in Bratislava.

"Perfect location"

Very satisfied of this hotel in the old town of Bratislava. Unlike some other comments, I cannot complain about tram noises, it seems the tracks have not been used for many months. The beds were pretty good, the bathroom very new, very good hotel.

"1 night stay in Bratislava"

The hotel is easy to find and by foot is 5 minutes to center town. The rooms are standard Ibis, but ok for the price. The parking is quite expensive 16 euro/ night so we choose parking next to the hotel with 10 euro. There is parking on the street to for 0,8 euro/ hour, but it was always occupied. I recommend this hotel, for good value.

"Nice place to stay"

I am very happy with my recent stay. The only thing I would like to point out is that I could hear basically everything behind the walls, but other than that, no complaints :) My sleep is usually very deep, so once I fell asleep, I didnt hear a thing. The place is clean, and its close to the centre which is perfect!

The hotel is located very closed to the center, easy to reach all nice places in Bratislava center for culture and dining. Hotel staff is very friendly, rooms have IBIS standard and parking garage is more than convenient.

Overall, good value for money, convenient locaiton, walking distance to the old town and the famous castle. Clean, good service, positive staff. Easy access to main train station. Book through Ibis internet site for better offers!

"excellent location and decent hotel"

The Ibis is in the perfect location to walk around the old city; a two minute walk (and i mean 2 minutes!!) from the old town and located at the foot of the castle (Hrad). Comfy rooms with good shower facilities, and breakfast was well cooked with several options and a relaxed environment. Transport links in abundance, with the main bus station at the bottomof the hill (5 min walk) and a bus station outside hotel that links to the rest of the city. As a solo female traveller i would thoroughly recommend the city and hotel. Take the 61 bus from the airport to the trainstation and then the 83 bus towards the hotel. 30 minutes from airpot to door and for only a couple of euros. Only issue is that there was limited british TV but not a major issue!!

"Great Location"

You generally know what you're going to get with an Ibis, one of the cleaner and better chains in my experience. The room was clean, as were the towels and the bathroom.The hotel is at the foot of the castle hill and just across the bridge from the old town - the location is excellent. There's a small shop further up the street if you need water and beer etc, and a small itallian if you want to eat out.My only quibble was the bed was too soft.

walking distance from bratislava downtown, hotel is in good condition, with parking facility, close to any kind of restaurant, the castle of Bratislava and the river danube is also just a few minutes walk

"Ibis Hotel Bratislava"

The best location ever and peaceful. The male staff came across as a bit lazy and unhelpful most of the time and never acknowledged us any time they were busy until they finished what they were doing first. The female staff were more professional. Great value for money. We would still recommend it.

"Good place, bad bathroom smell."

The hotel is really well located, in the heart of Bratislava. The room is nice, typical Ibis style, but the bathroom had a strong urine smell in the air. We had to keep its door closed all the time. To take a shower we should maintain the nose in the shampoo.

"Good times in Bratislava"

When I visit other capital cities I like to stay close to the center to be able to walk around and capture the atmosphere, this is not always possible, but I am pleased to say that staying at the Ibis Bratislava ticks the box and allows you to dive straight into the culture and history of the city.
