"Ibis Hotel Bratislava"

The best location ever and peaceful. The male staff came across as a bit lazy and unhelpful most of the time and never acknowledged us any time they were busy until they finished what they were doing first. The female staff were more professional. Great value for money. We would still recommend it.

"Good place, bad bathroom smell."

The hotel is really well located, in the heart of Bratislava. The room is nice, typical Ibis style, but the bathroom had a strong urine smell in the air. We had to keep its door closed all the time. To take a shower we should maintain the nose in the shampoo.

"Good times in Bratislava"

When I visit other capital cities I like to stay close to the center to be able to walk around and capture the atmosphere, this is not always possible, but I am pleased to say that staying at the Ibis Bratislava ticks the box and allows you to dive straight into the culture and history of the city.

"Great Location"

very central location - just few minutes walk to the Old City.Nice & helpful stuff, good & rich breakfest.Pretty big room & very clean bathroom.And all this at very reasonable price!The only bad thing - no free internet access in the room

"Good room if it is cold outside, noisy location"

Would have been nice if the air conditioning worked. It was a little warm outside and hot in the room unless windows were open. It was a very noisy location with trams running outside. There was no refridgerator in the room nor ice available.

Management responseI am really sorry to hear that your stay at Ibis Bratislava Centrum wasn’t up to expectations. Please be informed that the aircondition was not functioning due to outside temperature. Once the outside temperature reaches certain point-degree all aircondition system switches off automatically. You will not find the refridgerator in any of the ibis hotels around the world as its not standardized equipment of our brand. But please informed that its not disadvantage as we run our bar at lobby 24/7 to fullfill the needs of our guests. Part of the bar is also an ice machine. We do provide the ice by itself if there is a need from our guests. again I felt pretty well at IBIS Bratislava. As a tradition based on good experience, I booked at IBIS, as it is exellently located, and the service is doing best to support hotel guests in solving all organisational matters, holiday or business releated.Shuttle-bus connection (BLAGUSS, www.blaguss.sk ) from Novy Most bus station to Bratislava Stefanik airport, to Vienna-Schwechat Airport and to Vienna city is well priced, safe and fast

"Very Noisy Building Work"

Despite assurances to the contrary, noisy building work was being carried out on the higher floors from 8.00 in the morning, despite complaints from us and other guests. This detracted from what was otherwise a satisfactory experience in terms of rooms and service standard. Parking in the hotel garage was necessary but was very expensive. Very near to old town and most sites and restaurants.
