Great location, very nice hotel in Wan Chai

We stayed for 4 days on a business trip and the hotel was in a great location in Wan Chai. We could easily walk to the Exhibition centre or Wan Chai MTR station from the hotel. The staff were friendly and the facilities very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Well located but rooms need refreshment

Hotel needs renovation Employees not particularly nice, almost rude Cockroach walking among food during breakfast

Our team is typically known for their attentive and friendly service, and it is disappointing to note that this was not your experience. On the topic of renovations, we constantly strive to maintain and update our facilities; in fact, a minor guestroom touch up has been completed in 2023. We are also committed to ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and are addressing your observation with the utmost seriousness. Furthermore, we are taking steps to ensure that the quality and presentation of our food and beverages meet the high standards our guests expect from us.
