The Novotel Century in HK is always so friendly and helpful to may needs. The rooms are of good value and well laid out to accommodate a working environment. The staff are always helpful even down to the bell boys !!!Sunny at the breakfast restaurant is really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, as its a walk to the MTR, and close to Central station to travel by taxi to then check my bags into the Airline for travel out of HK.

Very good hotel but a bit on the expensive side for small rooms. Good location for business, shopping and dining. Very good service from warm and friendly staff who recognise you as a regular guest.

The booking of the hotel stay was not clear on the website when I could not use my complementary stay. The room is just too small for comfort and the most basic thing is that toothbrush and paste are not provided for the high price of stay. Instead, a mouth wash was offered at HKD18.

"One night decent stay"

A conveniently located hotel - about 7-10mins walk from Wan Chai MTR Station. Rooms are clean and spacious enough for me and my wife. With eateries and a 7-11 right outside the hotel, it makes our 1-night stay hassle-free.

A mistake was made in the bill. It would have been nice if the hotel acknowledges it, and then show its professionalism by apologizing for the error, instead of treating the guest as if he were an idiot. A hotel of your caliber needs a matching professionalism.

"having an excellant expierence due to a unforgivebale mistake"

we were forced due too an error by our travel agent to stay 3 days in hong kong. Your hotel made up for the error as we were able to experience the downtown life of the city and stay at an excellant hotel

We had a great time over Easter staying in the Novotel Century, my wife arrived early in the morning (8am) and was able to check in straight away, great after a 11hour flight, we stayed for 4 nights and had late check out on the Monday. The Premium lounge was excellent with a very good concierge service. We would definately return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good hotel situated in Wanchai and only 2 mins from the Star Ferry and clost other bus routes and the tram

The rooms are such that you can hear what's going on in the rooms around you. When the person beside you has a bath you're gonna know about it. Other than that the hotel was satisfactory.

Location, Location and Location; Very central location, 2-3 blocks from Wan Chai MTR station (Wan Chai station is 2 stations away from Hing Kong/ central station), 5 minute walk from Wan Chai Ferry terminal where you can get a ferry to Tsim Sa Tsui ferry terminal (5 minutes distanc) which is just next to Harbour city, Stars' and Lover's street etcClean hotel but I have seen cleaner onesGood serviceQuite spacious rooms compared to other HK hotels

"Very Small, Expensive and Uncaring Hotel"

Being a holder of Accor Silver Card has no privileges. No greetings, no acknowledgement being their member, no free internet, no upgrade. Room has musky smell, suspected it is from the air-conditioning. The walls are probably made of hollow bricks. You can hear "very clearly" guests coming into their rooms, their conversation along the corridor etc etc. Water pressure from the shower head is weak as though there is a water shortage. If you don't mind the above shortcomings, then this hotel is probably right for you.

"Well looked after in HK"

We booked adjoining rooms for a family of 5. The rooms are not large but this worked well. The staff were fantastic. the rooms were well equipped and new looking. Any problems we had were resolved quickly. The breakfast buffet was as good as it gets

The Novotel Century is in a great location close to shops and public transport.Staff is friendly and efficient, always available and ready to help.Room are normal size, very clean with fresh look.Room rates have gone up a bit recently but it's still good value.

The service at this Hotel is excellent., in restaurants, reception and premier lounge. The staff is very communicable and take time to assist. Although new to Hong Kong, we made friends with some staff who guided us to our next day tours and places of interests. The Pizza restaurant is great, we dined there twice. Location is suitable for travel across to Kowloon, just few minutes walk to Wan Chai MTR station
