Difficulties to unlock room

There was obviously a problem with the door lock/unlock mechanism. I've had to call for support on different days while the key card was not working. After my proposal to replace the battery inside the door locking device, it worked on the day before departure. On this day there was no cleaning/towel replacement service done (probably the cleaning staff has faced the same problem to open the door). The temperature regulation of the room did not work properly, despite trials for different settings. Breakfast service was good. Friendliness was good too.

Promised a room that could take a wheel chair Said A/C was only working in the Summer no need in the winter Have you a small fan (No) Very little English spoken Really did not want to help So Sad really both 75 and try our best as visitors experience was unacceptable Could go on and on not a lot for €120 regarding a Budget hotel

I really liked being able to visit the restaurant with the dogs (2 labradors) and the dogs could accompany us everywhere. The whole team was super friendly. Another surprise was the opportunity to eat in the evening and the food was very tasty.
