"Amazing Staff.......thats about all"

The staff were extremently helpful and were the highlight of our stay. Breakfast and the cafe for dinner were excellent. Dined there on 4 occassions and meals and service could not be faulted. Was a little further from the Eiffel Tower than expected, this could have been forgiven, however, the quality, or lack thereof, of the rooms made for a disappointing selection. Very worn and tacky finishes for a 4 star hotel - would recommed Mercure over this option.

Great location. Only having 3 days, we were able to get around Paris easily from here. The Eiffel Tower was within a short walk, along with public transportation, restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

"Average performance"

Good view but you have to take 8-10 mins walks from Eiffle or MRT to Hotel. About Room, bed, pillow, blanket sheet is not cleanliness.

"Good base of operations"

Nice hotel on the Seine - 10 minute walk to train station and about 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.Stayed here because of the pool as I was traveling with a 9 year old son - pool was nice but the attendants are not. Two very mean unfriendly women run the access to the pool which is also the pool for the health club. Health club activities take precedence in the pool over hotel guests and the women yell at you in French for every perceived violation. They make everyone wear bathing caps which is a real turnoff - especially to my 9 year old son. We has an electrical surge in our room the last day we were there - asked several times to replace blown light bulbs - never happened.

"Terrible Service, Its like a zoo here"

This place is so overcrowded with tourists, you can hardly get any decent service. The front desk people are rude and unhelpful. There is no such thing as service here. The Wifi does not work in the room, you have to come down to the lobby for that, which sucks. The bathroom is really strange, when you take a shower water goes all over the floor. The fitness center staff and room is not great either. They don't post their hours, so every time I went they told me different hours when they are open or closed. So if you think you will get to work out or swim in the pool you will be mistaken. Fitness center staff are rude, they don't care about guests. You cannot even see the Eiffel tower from here, it all blocked out by other buildings. Don't waste your money here, there are much better alternatives.

"Family in paris"

Not bad and with indoor pool and OK fitness centre breakfast area a bit "canteenish" but not too bad

"Good value hotel in Paris in an excellent location"

This is a typical Novotel hotel. It is great value in a good location. Value is very diificult to find in Paris. The staff are helpful and the breakfasts are fantastic. The staff are all mutli-lingual which is great to see. I will certainly use it again.

"Great hotel near to Eiffel Tower"

The hotel was in a remote location, about 15 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. If you would like it quiet and peaceful, then this is the hotel for you. Staff were very helpful and the room was nice. There was no Wifi in the room, only in the reception. If you had your own laptop however, there is an internet cable to connect to.

A well located Novotel on the edge of Paris, situated on the banks of the Seine, in easy walking distance to all main attractions and the City Centre. The Hotel offers all you expect from a Novotel and this hotel is ideal for those taking a short break in Paris.

"Good location close to Eiffel tower"

Good side: location (15 minutes walking to Eiffel tower), rather clean, spacious room. Things to be improved: some staff not fluent in English, parking machine broken, wifi available only in the lobby, locked-up window, no tower views (due to other buildings). Bottom line; despite some minor downsides, this hotel has good value for the money, family oriented mood, convenient location. I went to top of Eiffel tower without reservation and also congestion at night.
