"Great Paris weekend"

Fabulous hotel in prime location next to Eiffel Tower, only 10 min walk. Dont go looking for expensive restaurants when you have some of Paris finest in the area. Ask at the desk for recommendations.The only down side is its not easy to find public transport or the Metro from here, but taxis outside are very reasonable and can tak eyou to the far off places to see very easily. Or you can simply hop on the river cruise ships. The tour bus is very expensive at €62 for a day for 2. I dont thinlk its that good value, better to use your feet.

I stay at many hotels. This hotel was one of the best. Excellent and friendly staff, clean rooms, and the BEST indoor pool in Berlin. It is close to shopping and eating places. The staff speaks english very well. The room is cleaned up within a couple hours after you leave for the day.

Excellent location for a vacation trip. My entire family enjoyed our stay at Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel hotel.Only thing is may be the charges just for location advantage are too high as compared to other similar Novotel Hotel properties in Europe in which we stayed after our Stay at Paris,

"It's so good place and kind staff"

When I stayed in Paris, I was in Novotel. Generally speaking, hotel service is very good.However, the quality of breakfast is not good for long stay because it's always same as previous day. Anyway, I recommend you to stay here for exciting pleasure in Paris.

"Paris Hotel close to Eiffel Tower"

Great location for Eiffel Tower, Musee D'Orsay, Invalides. Very helpful Doorman and Concierge. Rooms reasonable size but standard rooms have shower but no bath. Impressed they had a family room with entertainer at breakfast over half term. Parking available within Hotel area but expensive. Book with breakfast as good choice at a reasonable rate.

"Ordinary hotel. Below the average Novotel standard due to age of product"

The room is very tired and ordinary and definitely not on par with the typical Novotel standard in my opinion. No disposable bedroom slippers were provided (carpet looks suspiciously dirty). The hotel even skimp on providing proper drinking glasses (only paper cups were provided). We stayed 1 night prior to my tour commenced and subsequently another night at the end of the tour. Both rooms we got had issues with the bathroom. The panel for shielding the shower water from splashing out is pretty useless. Despite being extremely mindful of the shower water, the whole floor was still wet by the end of it all. Worse, the water flowed out to the bedroom and the carpet at the bathroom door became wet. This is obviously a defect as the carpet was already badly water-stained when we checked in.The staff was helpful with directions to restaurants etc. All speaks English well enough to be very clear. Free Wifi is strangely limited to lobby only. In the bedroom, there is not even any Wifi signal even if you were willing to pay for it.Overall a very ordinary place. I would not stay here again because there are much better choices in Paris for the same amount of budget.

"Need Renovation"

Well located. Good overall service. However, it seems they are not reinvesting in upkeeping the property. Have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and each time I go back the carpet looks more worn out; the bathroom dirtier and the furnitures more beaten up. The same applies to the common areas. The property is in desperate need of renovation!
