The lifts were broken with only one or two working at a time in an extremely busy hotel. I was left waiting on multiple occasions for over 30 minutes with children and a pram. Therefore I could not use the stairs and we was on the 13th floor.

Stayed for 3 nights in April in a Junior suite/ family room which was great for the 4 of us, except the air conditioning was very poor. Room was extremely hot, making sleeping uncomfortable. Hotel is 10 minutes from Eiffel Tower, metro and some good family friendly restaurants.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Bir-Hakeim Metro Station (Line 6) and Eiffel Tower. Clean rooms, service is very good, breakfast is very nice.
