ibis Brussels Waterloo: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Just great."

10th April 2012, Greve, Denmark

3 wonderful days at the hotel with friendly service. The room and hotel was nice, clean and quiet.Close to highways, nature and center of Brussel. We enjoyed everything, and there really was nothing we didn´t like.

ibis Brussels Waterloo: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Fine"

1st March 2012, Gebze, Turkey

The service and the locations is good but my room is smaller than expected. I like that the hotel has a parking place. The heating system is fine, generally I liked the hotel, I have stayed only one night, have nbothing to complain. Also the location is very good.

ibis Brussels Waterloo: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good sleep"

14th February 2012, Wolfsburg, Germany

Due to late booking, only got a big room with a bit high rate, but it was pretty much confortable to have a good sleep in a bigger bed. The receiption was also kind and got free internet access that will also one key factor to choose a hotel when traveling on business.

ibis Brussels Waterloo: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Friendly Hotel, Great Food."

5th August 2011, Stratford-on-Avon

Just what I expected. Clean, neat, simple. Lacking in Tea/Coffee making in rooms, though. The Italian restaurant made up for ANY slight issues elsewhere. It's great. They say it's 'walking distance to the battlefield'. Take good boots, it's a lot more than a stroll. Worth it though.

ibis Brussels Waterloo: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Great Stay"

5th May 2011, lgl2005, Far North Queensland

I was travelling with my son, Mother, Father, Aunt and Uncle. The hotel is ideally situated in central Waterloo close to all activities and facilities. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I expierenced in my 2 weeks in Europe. The staff were helpful, patient and very polite (welcome attributes when you do no speak the local language). I breakfasted at the hotel, all days but one during our stay. The restaurant was spotless and the food of good quality. I will stay at the hotel when next in Waterloo and recommend same to any friends travelling to the area.

ibis Brussels Waterloo: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Business Trip"

13th February 2011, TheGlobetrotter0, Wootton Bassett, United Kingdom

The room I stayed in was ready for refurbishing and a little cold. I asked for a fan heater which solved the cold room problem. I also told them the shower was leaking into the room, although it was obvious and should have been reported/dealt with earlier. I have used this hotel for many years and the rooms are generally pretty good. There was some building work going on during my stay which could well have been room refurbishing. The restaurant is good value and pretty enjoyable food, the pizza's are great value and massive.
