"NON SMOKING ROOM OF THIS HOTEL"

Located near the airport and it is very convenience since we should depart on the following early morning. In general service is very good. The hotel gave free transportation Airport - hotel - airport. The problem is that I got smoking room whereas I am & my spouse is non smoker, therefore this room is not convenient for us. Suggest all hotel room should be considered non smoking room

It is a good hotel with good services, the only problem is its far from the city center however you can forget that with the friendly environment of it staff.Simply you can have a good experience in a very good hotel...

Very good price/quality ratio, shuttle from and to airport, friendly personnel. Only disadvantage: not enough non-smoking rooms, which mede that I had to sleep in a room which was definitely recognisable as a smoking room.

perfect to spend the night before an early flight. You can leave the car at the hotel depending on your package, much cheaper than the airport parking

I have been staying at this hotel since it opened. The staff has basically remained the same, they are all very nice and hospitable, and I really feel at home every time I come to Geneva.

Good proximity to airport though the breakfast is flat. In my opinion, it is short of a buffet breakfast. The rooms are very neat and clean. For winter, the rooms are warm enough. The shuttle service is efficient and despite being near the airport, the noise from outside is not heard in the rooms.

This hotel is exceptionally clean & efficient. Although it is situated very close to the Geneva Airport terminal buildings there is no noise or inconvenience caused by its proximity to the airport. I have used it several times for an overnight stay in Geneva. The shuttle bus service to/from the airport is very convenient as is the restaurant which serves good meals at a reasonable price. If the stayt is longer the hotel is also conveniently situated for travel by tram or train into the city of Geneva or elsewhere.

It is close to the airport and it offers a free shuttle bus to/from Geneva airport. The city center can be reached by bus (20min) with a free transport card provided at the reception. The room was very clean, typical Ibis room. The only downside was that the bathroom floor gets totally wet when taking a shower because the shower curtain is too separated from the floor. I suggest to improve the curtain design. Otherwise it was a nice experience and I would definitely return to this hotel for a short stay.

I am disapointed for the service in Ibis Aeroport.I understand that if the hotel is full this brings stress to the receptionist, but your business is to make people feel welcome and sad to say with you me and my wife did not feel welcome.We are not coming anymore with youJose Luis Lopez Aguilera

First I am usual ibis costumer in many other places.The receptionist who made my check-in was very bad behaving, non welcoming, for non citizen guest.The only positive thing in this hotel is the good rate as compared to others in swiss.No internet in the rooms. Far from public transport.Far from the lake of Lemon.

Within walking distance of Airport Arrivals (10-12mins) or use No 10 Trolleybus from upper arrivals level to stop after World Trade Centre (Tour-de-Controle) and walk across rail/motorway bridge and through underpass . Free transport ticket from machine in arrivals.(Valid 80 Mins). Hotel shuttle service available but has to be contacted by phone. Free tourist Geneva travel pass from reception. No 10 Bus also good for City Centre.Clean, convenient and good value, especially if booked in advance by internet.Particularly liked bathroom / shower 'Pod' - spacious and well lit.No tea of coffee making facility. Ideal for in- transit stay 1-3 nights.

staff were all very friendly and helpful. good variety for breakfast and hotel exceptionally clean and tidy.only disappointment was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room.A very enjoyable stay.
