The hotel is located near a subway station, what makes it really easy to walk around town. A simple yet comfortable hotel, I enjoyed my stay. Everything went ok.

Despite the usual low noise insulation between rooms, charateristic to this kind of hotel, the outside insulation is great. It's greatly positioned "on top" of a subway station, on a non bohemian neighboorhood. I stayed in the 13o floor with great silence.

The hotel is well located, just beside the Metro station (Paraiso Station), with plenty of taxis available all time in front of the hotel. It is close to a good mall too. Regarding the hotel, rooms and services, they were adequate to its level and this is a good option to stay in Sao Paulo paying a reasonable price.

The rooms are clean and the staff people are efficient and kind. Location almost perfect.Problems: no heating in the rooms, a minor in the winter weeks of Sao Paulo when temperatures in the night go below 50s.The hotel charges too much to keep suitcases in the storage room. It could charge much less. Internet charges are well above international average.
