Reviews collected from customers who booked on AccorHotels.com
Very small room, was in bed when other guests entered our room very apologetic, 10 mins later staff member banging on our door demanding to know who we were, and telling us we were not meant to be there so very very rude and abrupt, it took 15 mins to check in so don't know how they didn't have our booking, such very bad and despicable service.
Despite being an airport hotel you still face a $30 taxi fare to the hotel. Checkin was friendly and courteous but then you face lugging your suitcases up several flights of stairs - there is no lift - which is not fun after a long haul flight. The room is tiny, decor dated and aircon loud. The shower is good though. Breakfast was basic and when I had problems losing money in a vending machine, the staff advised they were not responsible for reimbursing me. Despite being labelled a budget hotel, given the price (it wasnt exactly dirt cheap!) I would have expected more bang for my buck. Next time I will look elsewhere.
I knew this was a budget hotel but for the price I paid I expected a lot more. The 2 by 2 box was minute and for me to get to the bathroom my partner had to back all the way to the front door. The box had a bed, a fridge and a kettle. Oh, and a TV. Had to go downstairs and eventually hunted down a laundry which had a much needed iron. We are in our sixties and for us to be expected to lug heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was ridiculous. Pity those on the next level up. And the sting in the tail. Every airport hotel we have stayed in all over the world offered a Shuttle to the airport, FREE, not $30 for a 4km trip.
