Bad stay ans experience

I paid for parking albeit not much. The next day on my way to the carpark my E350 Mercedes was completely covered in bat and bird poo I asked the person in charge if i could hose it off she said we have no hose. I took some photos and will send these to head office. She said she would credit the parking fee which i have not seen as yet. It is the little things that make an experience. I will not stay there again as the cost of one night is not worth it and will fined an alternative Accor facility.

We had a booking at a set price and was over charged when checked in, had to go back and get a refund. I know it is a budget hotel but this really is below par. Our room was in bad repair, Door to bathroom had a bad trip hazard and rubber moulding loose to trip on. Shower had a curtain and looked like someone had put a black colour through their hair and dripped all over the curtain. Floor was not very clean, fridge very very noisey, blind would not go down half way, it was all or nothing. Signed up to Accor to get good deals and this was the first, starting to regret it already
