Did not meet expectations, even though a budget hotel

When we booked we requested a ground floor apartment as we had 5 expensive bikes,only upon arrival being told it was on the first floor, very frustrating when we were told ground, had we known this we would not of booked. especially as the room was very small, sorry to say we will not stay in this hotel chain again Really dissatisfied, i understand budget, but dont ofer anything if it is not available, then reception wanted to argue the case
