"Stay in Pau"

we arrived at the hotel approx 9.30pm and it stated that if we arriver before 10pm there would be someone on reception and this was not the case. we had to use automated machine. also my sons sheets were not clean and we had hairs in the main bed. my sister in laws room had a broken shower and considering there was 9 of us boked in total we only had 6 towels. I was very dissapointed.
