"Disaster Of A Booking"

Booked this hotel a month in advance and got a lousy rate of 60 euros a night. Found the location of the hotel quite easily, but due to the terrible signposting and downright stupid road layout it was nearly impossible to get into the carpark until I drove back out towards Beziers and did a uturn to come to a 3 metre badly lit entrance to Novotel.When checking in the reception staff stated I needed to pay for the room, even though I assumed that it was all paid, the previous night I had stayed in the Etap I booked in Orleans and had no problems. Having no cash, I tried to pay by card which was refused. Then I needed to log into the wifi to check the bank and couldn't get it to work on 3 devices.Overall it tokk 2 hours from turning up after a long drive for us to eventually get into the hotel room. Not what I needed or what I expect of Accor hotels. Very disappointed because usually they are spot on.

no complaints except the room was very hot and we could not have the window open because of the traffic noise. The hotel was very clean, the room nice & large, the staff efficient and friendly, good english spoken.

very well situated as a motel; clean; staff is ok (speaks english); cafe's and resto's around. free and secured car parking is a big advantage. also, not noisy area. we enjoyed staying in this hotel, had a good rest before moving further to spain.
