ibis Hull: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Freedon Festival"

We stayed at the Ibis for the Freedom Festival and I have to say that it's the best budget hotel that I have ever stayed in. The location is central and ideal, the staff were fantastically friendly and went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed; and the beds were perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

The Hull Ibis looks much like other Ibis hotels, of course, so you know what to expect in each room. I enjoyed the possibility of making a cup of tea or coffee and the proximity of both the shops and sights of Hull, which are well worth spending some time to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, taking that bit of extra care and attention which gives this Ibis a bit of individuality as well as the familiarity you associate with the chain.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Hull, we thought the room was very clean. We all had a wonderful sleep. Like the check in time of 12noon. All staff very friendly and really wanted to help you. Would recommend to others.

I booked three rooms, two doubles and one twin for me and a few friends to have a night out in Hull. The hotel staff were friendly and totally fine, however the twin room was an absolute joke. The two beds were crammed into the room there was no space between the beds, I thought it was one of the double rooms we had book at first. In the end we just booked another room. Another thing was the Hotel had a strange smell in the rooms, which wasn't very pleasant and a number of guest got there rooms sprayed with air freshener.Also be warned parking isn't free and it is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, I wish this was clearly stated when I was doing the online booking.

Can not fault the hotel, its staff and facilities, we arrived early afternoon and left mid morning and the staff could not do enough for us.THANKYOU. As my eldest daughter is wheelchair bound the disabled facilities and room were top mark, we will be back.

Stayed at this hotel which is on the main road into Hull. The parking is an issue but there is a multi storey car park near by. Enjoyed the stay and very good service from the day staff and evening staff. Great Breakfast and really enjoyed the stay.

ibis Hull: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Stay great on a small budget..."

I paid only 25 GBP for a night at this and for this price I had a great stay..! The rooms are simple but you have enough space to move even if I would have travelled with a partner..! The bathroom, again, is simple but I had enough room to dance under the shower..!The staff is friendly and helpfull..!I have stayed a couple of time at this hotel already and, no surprise, I'll be back in the future... To me, this hotel is much better than the Gilson (Less comfort in your room and a little more expensive... Stayed here once and not again..!) that is on the other corner of Ferensway... At the station there is also the Mercure Royal Hotel that is also part of Accor Hotels and though the Royal has much more style (And is much more expensive..!) to me the Ibis is as comfortable as the Royal... For a stylish drink go to the Royal but stay at the Ibis..! You'll enjoy your stay as much as I did..! :-)
