Value for money at Mercure Times Square was definitely above expectations. The 2-bedroom unit was spacious, well equipped and furnished. Front desk was extremely courteous and helpful 24/7. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast hours were very generous. Having valet downstairs was an added bonus. The only 2 issues we had in our 20-nights stay were: 1) 2 times the room wasn't clean when we came back at the end of the day. No idea why. 2) The master bed (room 1806) would shake during the night and we also don't know why. We thought it might be the elevator, but it would shake also when the elevator wasn't working.

I had an excellent stay. Hotel is close to many things and the restaurant inside the hotel complex is amazing- the risotto is delicious! The hotel has a beauty salon, pool and laundry which is very convenient.
