The Mercure Times Square Sao Paulo Brasil is chic, elegant, conveniently located, has a very nice and educated staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. To get to downtown or any other location will only take you 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel is located in the Moema district and is next to many many many great restaurants. Next to the hotel is Fran's Cafe that is open 24 hrs. The hotel comes with free Wi-Fi. I love this hotel and the next time I am in Sao Paulo I will stay here.

Our expectations of the hotel were exceeded upon immediate check in at the hotel. The size and layout of the room was excellent. The reception desk was helpful and informative. The location of the hotel is in a very clean and safe neighborhood with local shopping and restaurants in the immediate area. We will definetely stay at this hotel during our next trip to Sao Paulo.

I can't believe that in such a big hotel the people at the front desk don't speak English or Spanish. They should at least speak English. I had a hard time trying to comunicate with them. Specially when I had problems with the internet and they didn't solve my issue, I had to make International calls which were very expensive and I could had save that money if I'd had Internet connection.

In my honest opinion the apartment looked a little old. I think that it needs an update about the design. My previous stay in Mercure Pamplona showed me a nice up to day design, comfortable and good to stay. However the cost/benefit is good.
