"Super convenient"

Chose the hotel as we use the brand for it's mix of quality and price and it's bang next door to Rennes station and a secure car park. No restaurant but there are many within a short distance via the station deck. The hotel and it's setting is no oil painting but we scarcely saw it. Would use it again.

The Ibis Rennes was a great hotel. Although a little small it was better than expected given some other locations we stayed. Very clean, great location and service. The breakfast was also very good. Will stay at the Ibis again.

pre payed for 2 nights .stayed one. staff toldf lies .hotel location terrible .opposite prison .bad smells outside.all in all a waste of money wasted 2 days of my holiday .and cost me another nights room elsewhere .asked for transfer to another ibis hotelbut no reply .very dissapointed. used your hotels all our holidays usually brilliant .asked for refund .but told no chance very disrespectful.also cleaning woman let herself in room while we where in it.reported to reception desk but they were not interested on the whole waste of time and money.also parking was non exsistant .

We were a little cautious about a hotel next to the downtown station, but our room was quiet, clean, with free wi-fi and the best breakfast, available early enough for us to eat and take public transportation to the airport. The staff was very friendly and English speakingWe definitely will stay here again.
"Very noisy hotel"

This is really a typical Ibis hotel, but very very noisy. It is located on the train station. It's OK if the window is closed - the soundproofing is excellent. But do not open the window if you want to sleep. In fact it would be difficult to sleep - the hotel is terribly noisy from inside.

Great ratio quality/price.The rooms are spacious, clean. Even if the railway station is near, you rarely hear the trains.Location: near the railway station, the center is 15 min away (walking).The breakfast was good (more fresh fruit will be better!)

Staff was friendly and helpful However, the air conditioning in the room did not work andit was too hot in the night to sleep well By 9.50hours, most of the breakfast food was gone sowe had reduced choice I am sure you will remedy these issues I find Ibis hotels very pleasant,clean and reliable
