"Convenient Nantes Hotel"

Very convenient to the Nantes train station & the tram (about 15 mins) to Parc des Expositions (Le Beaujoire) where I was working. Free Wi-Fi, not just in the lobby but also in the bedrooms which was fantastic. Very good as a business hotel. Wouldn't be recommending for a romantic break.

Everything was really nice apart from the unsecure internet link, which we were advised was secure, when we first asked a female member of your staff.We decided not to use our laptop at your hotel, as we had a message come up on our laptop that clearly stated, that "As it was an insecure network, other people /users may be able to access the contents of our laptop".We were not prepared to have any security on our laptop breached by anyone else.We do think that you should provide a secure broadband internet facility at your hotels. experienced probl
"Central Nantes Location"

Centrally located & close to train station (windows are double glazed so it's very quiet). Was working at the Exhibiton Park at Beaujoire and the hotel is conveniently located near the tram which goes directly to Beaujoire (approx 20 mins). Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Note no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Very pleasant young girl checked us into the hotel promptly. The only problem we encountered was that we had ordered two 40euro vouchers from the A/CLUB reward scheme yet the hotel would only accept one of them. We are not sure why. The remaining voucher has to be used before 30th November.this we cannot do due to medical appointments.If they could be added back onto our existing points we would be very grateful. We have stayed a few times in this hotel and, it is in an excellent locality and is very good. Would reccomend it highly and the evening dinner was excellent.

Hotel is ideally located to go anywhere by train or tramway. Reception was excellent. Rooms are well designed but compact. Only complaint about room was the support for hangers did not hold the hangers very well - especially with long items like pants. The restaurant staff seemed to be working for an entirely different hotel - not very friendly. Food was ok, not great not bad. Great restaurants can be found 10-15minute walk. Note if you return to hotel late at night, expect to wait for the doorman to open up - several times took 10 minutes or more for him to show up.
