Great location.great service.would stay againKeep a close eye out when looking for the hotel.Look for the Ibis and it's just before that.you also pay for parking at the Ibis when staying here.

"Brilliant Location, Very Helpful Staff"

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and had responded quickly to emails prior to our arrival. They arranged taxi pickups from and to the airport which were very pleasant.The location was brilliant, walking distance to the Old Town and Wenceslas Square. Plentiful places to eat around the area of different types and prices. Handy for the trams as well and the underground station. We didn't eat at the hotel, the breakfast was 16 euros and we don't eat that much at the start of the day. The room was comfortable but too hot, even though we had the air-conditioning on full blast and it wasn't that hot outside. This affected how well we slept. There were no problems with noise, we had a room overlooking the courtyard. We ended up on a smoking floor and coming from the UK we had not thought about asking for a non smoking room. We arrived quite late so didn't ask for it to be changed and to be honest it didn't smell smokey, but if it does bother you just ask for a non-smoking room on checking in. There was one internet PC available for guests' use which we used to check the weather and addresses and opening times for things we wanted to see and that our flights hadn't changed. The housekeeping staff did come to do the room quite early (we were on holiday so not up very early) and did come back to us a couple of times one day, but it is easily resolved by putting the do not disturb sign on your door. We were lucky with the weather so spent most of our time out of the hotel, so the very limited English speaking TV channels didn't cause us any problems. We didn't try the pay tv so can't comment on it.When we checked out we were able to leave the luggage safely whilst we went out, our flight was in the evening.Overall a very pleasant stay in a beautiful city and we would happily stay at this hotel again.

"The Best location to enjoy Prague"

This is a really good Hotel, the service is very good, the rooms are very simple, no fancy things, which is ok, since your plan is to enjoy the city, not the hotel right?.You can walk, go to the astronomical clock, go to Charles Bridge, also the hotel is just 50 mtes from Palladium Mall, great prices there.

Veru good staff, large clean room, quiet for sleeping. Excellent location. Original furniture and quiet atmosphere. Just small remark, only big mugs during breakfast, not coffe size.

"Feeling of old world elegance"

The hotel is well situated about 10 minutes from the main station. It's obviously an old building but has the main areas have been renovated to be both modern, but also to leave a feel for the old 'bones' of the building. The room we had was comfortable enough and despite being on the street side, was quiet enough with the two layers of windows.

"Payment problem."

Hotel said that they did not receive any payment from your system. So they asked us to pay accomadation before check out and we had to made payment so we can leave the hotel. Therefore i want my payment to the hotel via your system back. If you cannot make my payment back immidiately i will ask my bank cancel payment.

"parking"

No own parking, just parking in Ibis near hotel with too really narrow entrance.If you have car bigger than Skoda Fabia you can not use this parking without tyre damage. Hotel is very interesting. Very good breakfest.

"stay with fanilly"

Can be recommended - nice over view, comfortable rooms.The problems I see is a difficulties to find temporary parking place in front of the hotel. Room service should be improved, at rooms sockets don`t have protection against child's little fingers.

"Great Stay"

Hotel location is great, very close to city center with just 5 mins walk. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. Besides, hotel is just next to a big shopping centre, which is convenient for food or shopping.There are free local tour available at the New Town Square right in front of Cartier. Make sure to arrive before 10am for the morning session or before 2pm for the afternoon once. I joined a morning one and then followed by an afternoon one, the tour guide named Yana (Jane) and she is just so nice. I will definitely going back to Prague again, but should be in summer time, not the winter coz it's really cold there!

"Standard 4 star hotel close to the city center"

This hotel is situated next to Palladium Shopping Center which is one the biggest one in Prague. Old Town Square is 10 minutes walk. The hotel interior is nice, it is an old building which is really nicely renovated. In his last years Kafka lived here. I booked a superior room, it was okay. It was clean, but the bathroom needs some renovation, especially the shower. All in all its a nice hotel, maybe a bit overpriced...
