"Interesting but Short Night"

I definitely will go back and stay in this hotel. The beds are quite comfortable. Even though I had a short sleepduring this stay, I had an early flight so I had to leave the room as early as 4:00am EU time. I will go back and have a feel of a really good sleep this time around.

A large hotel near the centre of Krakow. It is one of the communist-era built Orbis hotels but very well maintained. Rooms were large and well furnished, the restaurant offered good food and breakfast menu was perfect. Most of all, all the staff members were very nice and really wanted to help. Well deserved 4 stars plus a little more for the typical Polish hospitality which was a remarkable difference after a 10-day trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest.

The male manager who checked us in set the tone for the whole stay! Such greate service! We payed extra for a bigger room, wich was excellent! The hotel is located a few km from the square, but it doesn't cost much to take a taxi in Poland! Breakfast was good while dinner was no high-point but OK! We loved our stay here and exctended our reservation by one night! We will most definately come back and soon we hope!

In all the hotel has met our expectations. It is a good value for a reasonable amount of money. Hotel is somewhat far away from the historical centre but it compensated us with the half of the price of thiose hotels which are in the centre and the transport was cheap. Rooms are clean, hotel personals are friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was OK-still we have missed some Polish specialities. We have travelled with two of sons of 16 and 11 and the found very good the free internet possibilites. We did not have enough time to try and use the hotels wellness area. One negative atribute: the parking should have been included in the room price but since it cost an additional PLN 40 = abt EUR 10/24 hours we parked outside and spent the money spared for a restaurant instead.For us it was a good choice staying there!

Hotel was clean and neat.Front desk service was awesome, especially their smile during help.Location of the hotel as well as the room view left us in different mood "Quite and Fresh"Hoped that we had safety box inside the room when it is available in some upper floors "It is strongly recommended to have it in all room"

The Hotel is far from city center but free shuttle bus is available twice a day. There is bus station next to the hotel, so you can use public transport.The staff were very helpfull, room was clean, pool is nice, breakfast was good (like we expected from Novotel hotel). Our quadriple room wasn't very spacious (I believe same size like standard 2 beds room), so it was kind crowded with 2 children.

Pool was little bit dirty and dark. Not correspondent categories of four stars hotel.With breakfast and hotel restaurant we was very satisfied. Hotel room clean and confortable. Family friendly hotel. I recommend this hotel, if you don´t use swiming pool inside.

This is a nice hotel. Good value for the money. Bed was a little too soft. Breakfast buffet was great. It would be nice if they had wifi in the room. Wifi in the lobby worked fine.
