Nice hotel located sental in Warsaw Centrum. Service minded staff, nice rooms with a good bed. Easy to go all over Warsaw,and close to the airport.

Very convenient location in the city center. Not far away from Nowy Swiat street. A bit noisy due to traffic but it's Warsaw. Small rooms but very good for short family or business visit.

Quality of internet was terrible. For use on business it was almost impossible to work with. Someone was drilling into a wall above my room which was not helpful

It was really good..In the center of warsaw..Near metro and bus station.Breakfast was excellent..Wonderful city view from the room window if you are given a front room. Bed is very comfortable to sleep..But dont book a novotel taxi..It is 2-3 times more than normal taxi price..Next time I will stay in the same hotel again..

Suitable for children, extra bed without surcharge. Good location in the city centre and friendly service. No currency exchange in the hotel. Overall a good experience, especially when travelling with the children.

Great desk staff. Good food. Room was too hot, we complained repeatedly but it ws never corrected. Wait staff slow in the bar, they prepare things behind the bar rather than come to tables to take orders. Still, all in all, a very nice hotel. Very clean. Staff gave good directions to other locales.

-2 computers for free internet are not enough compare to the size of the hotel (600-700 rooms)-Warsaw is noisy at night,many of ambulance during the night time,disturb good sleeping-location is very good,in the middle between the train station (centrum),subway and the old town and also close to shopping centers.

I've been staying at Novotel for teh second time now, and my impression remains the same.Good location, hotel are nice but lobby and breakfast a little bit too crowded.I paid for a breakfast which I never had due to the long queue.Bar and restaurant service are good but slow.Reception desk is welcoming and available.I tried to contact reception desk several times, no one picked up the phone, thus had to go down to order a taxi. Taxi which they completely messed up the booking for the second time, making me totally late for my meeting. Hotel is ok for family holiday trip or large group booking but not recommended for business trip.

I was very happy with all aspects of the Novotel Warsaw Centre.The location,the service,therooms and the breakfast's were outstanding.I was extremely satisfied with everything and on my next trip to Warsaw I will certainly stay at the same hotel.

Due to the regional meeting of Presidents, the only room available was a supposed 'junior suite' at an astronomical price.On check in I was informed that my 'breakfast included' (astronomoical) rate did not in fact include breakfast. On entering my room the advertised 'excellent sound proofing' clearly did not take account the fact that the bed was positioned immediately next to a lift shaft, the winding gear for which could be heard all night long.On ringing reception, I was informed that the hotel was full that night (fair enough), but that I would be moved (quote 'upgraded') the next day. Which never happened.Great City, awful hotel room. Will be looking elsewhere (anywhere else!) next time...
