"Easter stay"

Has been deliteful to stay again, very relaxing and excellant all round staff. Made us feel like we were the only guests there. Food at the restaurant fantastic. Will be staying again very soon.

"Sofitel standards maintained"

We always try and stay in Sofitel, especially when we need a good night's sleep - the beds are the best ever. And the Sofitel Warsaw does not disappoint in this respect. We had a short one-night stopover in March; the doorman helped with our luggage and directed us to a great parking spot; reception was efficient and our room was great. Breakfast in the morning was the usual Sofitel-style breakfast with local additions. Great location - very easy to get to with a GPS.

"christmas shopping"

When arrived to hotel , reception manager made us very welcome, when she found out it was my birthday, I recieved flowers and champagne and a wonderful birthday note.Throughout the 2 days stay all staff were very helpful and always had smiling faces.It couldnt possibly been a better stay we enjoyed all the facilitys. We would highly recomend this hotel, and cant wait until next time we visit. Thank You .

"Excellent option in Warsaw"

Good location, close to Old Town.I had a very warm It is a excellent option in WarsawThere is a bus directly from Warsaw Airpot to 200 m Sofitel Warsaw, it is a option ir you do not have heavy bags.

"Great Location for the old town"

Very nice hotel situated near the old town and lots of restaurants to choose from only a 5 minute walk away. We had a cot for our son in our room and the little teddy bear with the hotel name on it for him was a lovely touch. The staff at reception, in the bar and in the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. We got a very good rate for bed and breakfast on the hotel website. All in all a very pleasant stay

"Great location, great rooms"

Location and rooms are great. Also free water bottles (approx. 0.3l) were provided twice a day. The exterior doesn't hold up to the inner qualities, though. Also, the hallways seem a bit dated and there were stained spots on the carpet (not inside the room!). But these are only minor flaws which do not really matter to me. So overall great hotel in a great location, especially at the price we got it!

"Great service, especially for my baby!"

It is always a challenge traveling with a baby, but the Sofitel Victoria staff really went all out to make sure my family (and especially my 11-month old son) was comfortable. They provided a crib for him to sleep in, complete with linens and even a little teddy bear (which he still plays with). They also changed the crib sheets, etc. each day even though we did not ask them to. Also - their restaurant has good, safe high chairs for babies. We stayed in a junior suite, which consisted of two rooms. I recommend this setup for families with babies, so that the baby crib can be in 1 room while the parents sleep in the other room.

"Great location to visit Warsaw!"

This was a wonderful 6 nights stay in Warsaw. This hotel is not as modern as the other Sofitel hotels but is so well located and has a great service and wonderful personel. The gym is well equiped but unfortunatly the pool was out of order during my stay. I would go back any time.

"Great location, bad service"

I was there twice. First time (about a year ago) I was given a smoking room - though requested non-smoking (at the reception they said it is non-smoking, but "you see, they smoke in the rooms"). I found out myself it was on the smoking level, so in fact I was cheated. After my complaint to the supervisor, my room was upgraded to superior and also received coupons for free drinks at the bar (which were in fact delicious). This time at the reception I found out their swimming pool was closed. Me and my friends stayed there, only because of this marvelous swimming pool, but we had non-refundable rates so we had to stay. They could have informed us, but they didn't. The weekend was great though, but not thanks to the hotel (which is btw in great location).

"Great hotel"

Extremely friendly staff, always ready to assist. Both the pool area as well as the workout room, makes it possible to have an active stay. A very extensive breakfast buffet rounds of a perfect stay. The hotel is right at the edge of the old city, and just a short way from the new centre. I one are looking for a cheap accommodation, Victoria Warsaw isn't the place to stay. However, value for money wise, I haven't experience the like during many hotel stays around the world. I can only recommend Victora Warsaw.
