"Worthy choice."

Modern hotel, very well located (walking distance of the Old Town, Gentry City). Pool and sauna are very used my family. Breakfast is varied, although the price for that choice is high.Cozy room, with the presence of cable internet. Room for a family of 2 adults and 1 child was too small by size, due to the fact that the sofa was used as an extra bed. On arrival there was only one bathrobe for three, at the request brought second adult bathrobe and child (8 years) there was no robe. My advice is to use the room just to accommodate a couple with no children.Very frustrating was the fact that at an early departure (at 4 am), we were given only two packed breakfast (very scarce) for a family (2 adults and 1 child). Although this was the hotel's fault: I asked at check-3 breakfasts, instead of 4. But I did not check the amount of money taken from the card, and when it was retsepshen on this issue, they refused to change, and how the output offered a packed breakfast.

"Best stay ever!"

We spent 4 days at the hotel in Warsaw.The service was excellent. My room had a great panoramic view as it was promised during booking. Great location and amenities. My 1 year old baby and I enjoyed Victoria's wonderfully renovated pool.

"Unique hotel, great location"

The Junior Suite, although pricey, is highly recommended. Wi-Fi is good, you need to renew the room/name every six hours. Pool is very nice, open til 10pm. Located just a few blocks from the Rynek, and some cool bars to the north. I had a nice lunch in the bar area, although a bit pricey @ 100 zl. Skip the breakfast - Radisson still he the best in this area.

On the arrival we have been greeted by very friendly reception staff who always remember us from our previous stays. Our room as usual was first class. "Excellent Hotel - will stay there again"

The Sofitel Victoria is ideally located next to the old part of Warsaw. It's a very quiet and lovely area and this resulted in having an excellent night of sleep. The hotel has an excellent service (checkin and checkout are very well orchestrated) and lovely amenities (L'Occitanne shower gel and shampoo). Highly recommended!!

"Enjoyed everything about my stay."

My cousin & I who traveled throughout the Ukraine ended our trip in Warsaw and we decided to "splurge" on a real hotel - not like the tiny places we choose in the Ukraine. Everyone in the hotel is incredibly nice from front desk staff to cleaning staff. The hallways (which is something I notice) are very wide, warmly lit and are pleasant to pass through. The room itself was decorated in a calming soft green. I arrived and took a relaxing bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. There was free wifi. I had room service for lucy the next day and my food came with a fresh flower on it. So sweet. And by the time my cousin and I shared the nightly rate, it ends up being cheap. Also, the location is very central.

"Sofitel standards maintained"

We always try and stay in Sofitel, especially when we need a good night's sleep - the beds are the best ever. And the Sofitel Warsaw does not disappoint in this respect. We had a short one-night stopover in March; the doorman helped with our luggage and directed us to a great parking spot; reception was efficient and our room was great. Breakfast in the morning was the usual Sofitel-style breakfast with local additions. Great location - very easy to get to with a GPS.

When arrived to hotel , reception manager made us very welcome, when she found out it was my birthday, I recieved flowers and champagne and a wonderful birthday note.Throughout the 2 days stay all staff were very helpful and always had smiling faces.It couldnt possibly been a better stay we enjoyed all the facilitys. "Great Location for the old town"

Very nice hotel situated near the old town and lots of restaurants to choose from only a 5 minute walk away. We had a cot for our son in our room and the little teddy bear with the hotel name on it for him was a lovely touch. The staff at reception, in the bar and in the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. We got a very good rate for bed and breakfast on the hotel website. All in all a very pleasant stay

"Great service, especially for my baby!"

It is always a challenge traveling with a baby, but the Sofitel Victoria staff really went all out to make sure my family (and especially my 11-month old son) was comfortable. They provided a crib for him to sleep in, complete with linens and even a little teddy bear (which he still plays with). They also changed the crib sheets, etc. each day even though we did not ask them to. Also - their restaurant has good, safe high chairs for babies. We stayed in a junior suite, which consisted of two rooms. I recommend this setup for families with babies, so that the baby crib can be in 1 room while the parents sleep in the other room.
