"All you would want"
17th May 2012, Mivana, London, United Kingdom
I stayed here, for 1 night only with my daughter and her 2 small children. The Family Room was a very good size, had all the bed space required as well as a great bathroom and very good facilities. Including Free Wifi access. This hotel also had Free car parking. The only observation I will make is that it was not possible to purchase / obtain fresh milk for the youngest child at the hotel (we did arrive late(ish), but there is a kitchen in the hotel!), so I had to drive to the shopping centre, where there luckily was a supermarket - open- to acquire this [rather ordinary] product.Otherwise we were very happy and the staff were friendly.
"really good hotel"

Big room, cleam and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. would like to have an on site restaurant.

We have stayed at suitehotel Calais on a number of occasions, the rooms are always clean and the service excellent.
"A Great FInd"
18th April 2012, galloise95, Toulouse, France
The hotel was warm and friendly and a great find after some not so great experiences in other hotels in Calais. The room was large and homely with tea and coffee making stuff and a microwave. There was a proper bathtub and a really good shower. The free English language films are such a good idea and we took full advantage.Bad points were that it seemed overpriced in comparison to a similar standard of hotel in the UK and the pillows were too soft.
"Coquelles"
14th April 2012, Megget, London, United Kingdom
It is a great pity that the hotel has gone back in time and now has smoking rooms on the fifth floor. Also the coffee is no longer available in the lobby in the mornng, unless of course you are having the breakfast.
"Our lovely room"
11th April 2012, London, United Kingdom
Our room was perfect as usual and they even provide free knives and forks and serviettes if you bring your own microwaveable meal as there is no restaurant.. They provide toiletries and the TV is good.
"Excellent location."
11th April 2012, Nottingham, United Kingdom
Excellent location, within 5 minutes of the tunnel exit. Secure parking within walking distance of the hotel entrance, so anything you do not want to leave in the car is easily transportable to the room.Great rooms for a family of four: large, clean and all the required facilities. We have stayed with the Suite Novotel chain before and would do so again.
"Top Hotel."

Friendly staff, prompt response for any requests, spotless rooms, regularly stay at the same hotel and do not even consider looking to stay elsewhere due to constant high standards.
"Very convenient"
7th March 2012
Very convenient hotel if you are using the Channel Tunnel. Rapid check-in, free internet access, and small microwave and fridge in the room, make this hotel a good choice if you are travelling. Parking at rear of hotel - which I believe is secure.
"A good place to stay"
3rd March 2012, Melbourne, Australia
We had a special deal which accor were offering for the time we were in France so this made it really affordable . The hotel is very close to Cite Europe and to the train - so driving from the Uk was very easy. The rooms were really big, quiet and the staff very helpful. Having a fridge and a microwave made quick snacks possible. There are good eating places in cite europe which is a just across the road.
"Great hotel ... shame about the lumpy pillows, hard bed & the drippy breakfast waiter !"
22nd February 2012, Loughborough, United Kingdom
We stay regularly at this Suitehotel in Calais - the rooms are spacious & very clean with lots of room for our teenage boys. The accessibility of Facebook & the internet is a real plus.Breakfast has improved over the last year with increased choice, however, there was insufficient seating during this particular stay & the breakfast staff seemed over-run & so replenishment was fairly slow. One of the staff in particular asked us three times for our room number & was incredibly drippy !!Ordinarily, however, the staff are fantastic & are extremely helpful ... think this young man must have been the 'work experience' chap !?!My one constantly recurring criticism is that the beds are on the very hard side & the standard pillows are very lumpy, resulting in an average nights sleep - the continental pillows are more comfy but there isn't enough of these in the room to share around.
"BC View"
20th February 2012
Used the hotel as a stopover on a ski trip. Really convenient for the Tunnel, very good quality hotel with large rooms typical of the 'Accor Suite concept'.Signposting not obvious from the exit to the Tunnel, perhaps the promotional material could make its situation in the Cite complex clearer.Quirky breakfast arragements.
"Little Gem"
9th February 2012, BigBoy66, Letchworth
A fantastic hotel contained within a Hotel park comprising an Ibis and an Etap. The rooms are large and modern and the whole hotel is extremely clean. If one were to nitpick, the only negative is that whilst the hotel is close to the Tunnel and to the Cite Europe shopping complex, to get away from the tunnel and into "France" means a short drive rather than a stroll into town.
"Everything you could need"
3rd February 2012, sallyw13, the med
Love the concept - Large room with workspace, bed-settee, kitchenette & large bathroom with seperate loo. Loved the range of toilettries & the tea, coffee, snacks & water all included in the price & the wifi/tv/movies all in one price - no nasty, expensive extras. Re-booked another suite Novotel a week or so after staying in this one
"Excellent facilities"
30th January 2012, London UK
The facilities were excellent. The room had a microwave oven and in the reception is a site to purchase prepared meals. An excellent choice of meals although we did not use the facility, preferring the very short walk to Cite Europe shopping mall. The map supplied on the web-site could be improved but when you realise the Ibis and Eyap hotels are on the same site, it is rsy to locate. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.
"Novotel Calais"
30th January 2012, Nantwich, United Kingdom
Excellent hotel, quiet - even though close to the City Europe shopping centre. Good secure car park is reassuring. The rooms are very spacious with excellent amenities. Microwave, kettle cups tea coffee etc. Full seating/working area. Would definitely recommend.
"Best stay in Calais"
25th January 2012, Crewe, United Kingdom
Cannot fault the hotel, all I can say is excellent and NOT the usual rip off! The only complaint would be that breakfast cost is excessive and should be included in the room rate. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, everything that could be required was in the room which was extremely comfortable.
"Good overnight stay"
10th January 2012, Brit61, Deux-Sevres
Excellent place to stop for the night before or after a ferry, with a friendly and helpful reception. Well suited for disabled people, being a large room with plenty of space for a wheelchair. A microwave and mini fridge in the room means that there is no need to go out for meals, especially when the weather is poor. Cutlery and bread rolls are provided. Drawbacks are that the bed was very hard indeed making it difficult to sleep, the disabled shower did not drain well due to a design fault and flooded the whole bathroom and nearly the bedroom too. There are large design holes in the bathroom door, meaning there is no privacy in the toilet.
"Your after service lets you down"
9th January 2012, Crewe, United Kingdom
Hi we use accor hotels about 8 to 10 times a year. this year I booked a suite hotel on the 28th December but was told that there was no vacancies on our return on the 7th January (We stayed in Dijon on the 29th December and 6th January as well) We were then told that there were vacancies at the suite but basically offered no help to transfer the booking and it was tough just go to the Etap. We did this the Etap was a building site with renovations on . I feel that you offered an appalling service offering no help whatsoever, and will certanly be looking at other hotels to offer a service which you used to offer.
"New years day"
6th January 2012, Boston, United Kingdom
Friendly staff, rooms are excellent for families. Hotel was very clean and tidy. This hotel is next door to the Ibis which serves food so no need to travel far to eat. The only minus point was there was not enough coffee and tea bags in the room.
"great calais stopover with young kids"
5th January 2012, London, United Kingdom
clean, welcoming and comfortable, good value for money. Breakfast is expensive if you're travelling as adults, but as kids eat free it works out ok.suites contain two singles and one double and are spacious enough for one or two nights. Ideally located for Cite de Europe - shops and restaurants. Staff v friendly
