"No suite amenities no value"

I chose the hotel due to it’s location, within 200 yards of the office where I had a meetingDespite repeatedly looking on the website the hotel had no availability for the night I wanted, but I was pleased the day before that a room became available. Although it was very expensive I took the room due to the location and after reviewing the amenities provided, rather than a cheaper options that I had a provisional booking with.On my arrival at 8pm I checked in and went to the room. I found that the options available through the TV were not working and after speaking to the front desk I was told that it was a general fault and that it was not possible to fix as “the technician had gone for the day” and as I checked out at 8am it was not rectified before I left the hotel.I then decided to do some work but the room network was so slow after 10 minutes I gave up trying to download my emails. I subsequently found out that on a previous visit a colleague had to use the wifi in the lobby as it was quicker!!Needless to say I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel, especially having paid significantly more than I the other option I had available to me.I have spoken to the office and advising them against recommending the hotel.

Few employees are very good but rest of them are not co operative and do not make you feel welcome to the Hotel. Its very unfortunate. Being the closest hotel to the office i might go there one last time but if that does not work, i plan to never stay there again. I didn't even receive any welcome drinks or gifts as well. Although the national language of France is French and we respect that but the hotel needs to understand that people from all over the world travel to Paris and the staff needs to know English very well. Very disappointed....

Great, I was well pleased. Probably will use again! Value was great and spacious room for the whole family of four. Easy access to centre of Paris as well. Nice bathroom. Parking a plus. Not much nearby, but hey, Paris is just around the corner.

We got a really good deal price wise and so we were expecting to have a "catch" somewhere. Surprisingly, it was good all the way. Large room size, comfortable beds and very close to the train station with fast connections to central Paris!The staff were quite friendly and their service was professional. Really no bad word to say about this hotel.

We stayed at the Rueil Suite Novotel for one night at the end of May, 2011, while visiting friends in Rueil Malmaison. The hotel was easy to book (although the hotel website would only accept a credit card -- no debit cards), easy to find and the room was very nice (my 8 and 4 year old were amazed by the two showers!). We arrived there late at night and left again early in the morning, so I don't have much comment on the hotel services, nor on the breakfast, which didn't look particularly exciting or good value. Car parking in the underground car park cost extra, which I was slightly annoyed about. The location of the hotel was great for us, and it's right next to the station, so probably pretty good for travelling into Paris proper. In sum, this was a very good hotel, and I recommend it. The extra parking charge is the only reason I'm not rating it excellent.
