"Eurodisney Stopover"

Having arrived in Charles de Gaulle airport late on a sunday night, this airport was close to the airport for a stopover on the way to Disneyland Paris. The shuttle service was excellent.The Hotel staff were very efficient and professional.The Hotel was very clean and for being so close to the airport we all slept very well with no noise of aircraft or traffic from the busy road nearby.Unfortunately I didnt realise until we were leaving that there was free internet access.Overall we had a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is ok in terms of cleanliness and Customer services. However, the bed need to be made a little more confortable. The breakfast is too expensive for what is on offer as it limit the choices of guest.

We got there using the free shuttle avaiable at the airport. We were received by the front desk who gave toys to the children as a gift. The room/suite has a lot of space and very well furnished to accomodate my family of 4 including two babies. The room is also well equipped with coffee/tea maker, microwave ... I strongly recommend it for families.

Fabulous hotel, good value, friendly service, room facilites excellent. Parking was a little expensive.The hotel staff were very friendly at check in and spoke english well enough for us to understand. THe rooms had refridgerator, tea/coffee making facilities, internet connection, great bathroom facilites. The rooms were spacious and well presented. Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at your hotel because I was attending the dog show. I thought the hotel was very nice but would have preferred it if other residents had cleaaned up after theeir dogs, in the grounds of the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel while we were over for the World Dog Show in Paris. Our stay was very good, the rooms nice and large which was perfect for the dogs and it was a very quiet hotel.You have to pay for parking here per day, as the Novotel is within a complex of other hotels it meant that if you were to late there were not enough parking spaces so had to make room.he only other disappointment was the restaurants, there are a couple on site but the quality is not good especially when you think of the French fine dining. Rossy is only 5 mins by car so would suggest you go there for your meals.

Stayed here with a friend. Room was not twin bedded as per reservation. No blankets were there for couch (that had to be used as the "2nd bed"). Only one regular coffee sachet, only one complimentary bottle of water. Extra charge for garage. All in all not a very hospitable experience here...

Superb. I cannot fault this hotel. I had lost my passport and needed an efficient professional location to sort it and appreciated the excellent business centre with free printing and wifi. At the desk: quick, friendly service. The courtesy bus runs often to the airport. The gourmet breakfast was excellent. The hotel is immaculate and smart with complimentary coffee in the foyer. As stressed tourists we appreciated the amazing soundproofing, comfortable bed, and spacious room set up. The interior design of this Novotel suite was as efficient as anything I have seen. Top marks all round.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Suite Novotel at Roissy. This is our second visit in a month and I always wish I had more time to unwinde. The spacious rooms are wonderful and the beds great. Food is extremely expensive, so we do not purchase there.--maybe only water or coffee. There is no extra coffee or creamer in rooms. We like the location of being only a short drive to Charles De Gaulle Airport. The staff speak a minimum of English, but they try very hard to be helpful.
