The initial greeting was very nice by the young man. He was quite helpful. When we asked a question a little later to a young woman she was not very cordial and kept asking us questions that we answered numerous times. The room was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. We wanted to leave a bag there but were not permitted to do so. Room was clean.

Worst experience Novotel in France. Hotel without air conditioning that was our first experienced which’s not acceptable from customers view. Breakfast was horrible as there wasn’t much choice. Scrambled eggs wasn’t cook properly. Overall we won’t come back and we won’t recommend anyone to go in that hotel . Receptionist are busy with random paper work rather then providing good customer service.

Room is clean and spacious, they have micro Oven in the room, which it is good for family with kids. But there is no restaurants nearby and they offer no free shuttle service from/to the airport or Aeroville anymore, which is a down side now. I hope they can offer again the free service for the customer again for the shuttle bus.

We arrived around midnight at the hotel where we Stayed 1 night as we had a flight the next day at CDG and wanted to be sure to be on time. Room was not what I expect for Novotel. Hairs on the night table, not very clean, old. Furniture not in good State, old carpet on the Floor…
