Too hot in the room

It was about 26 degrees in the room, the air-conditioning was not on in the Hotel. So this was not a pleasant experience to sleep in.

You are correct that the air-con was not on yet because it was the first warm days and it takes a little time for our system to switch from heating to cooling. We are very sorry about that. Recept89n staff wher3 amazing the room cleaners appalling beds where not made properly bathrooms where not that clean carpets leave a lot to he desired as for having dogs in the rooms this is disgusting unless carpets are washed after the beds are very uncomfortable causing us to have bad backs and the breakfast is disgusting for 1hat is being charged for it

Nice room but could do with carpet upgrade and a kettle to make a hot drink but a good clean hotel with room cleaned daily and a really comfortable bed . room was nice and warm which you need in Berlin in winter time this was our third stay . will be back
