"Good for it value"

Hotel was good quality and perhaps for business travelles located in good place, but for a tourist a little far away from the city centre anyhow metro was nearby. Breakfast was good and the staff nice. Rooms were Ok and we took a room for smokers, but I don´t recommend for light smokers because the tobaccosmoke doesn´t smell so good.

Located 1 min walk from Metro (It's behind the fitness center), so close to supermarket, Burger King (if you need late night food), Farmcia; The staff speaks fluent English/French and super friendly. They know all about the local transportation and event. The buffet breakfast saved us alot of time for going out and find stuff to eat.... In general, the hotel is very clean, very modern, child friendly (some Xbox and Kinetic game console at lobby), well-trained staff... Will definitely return.

We have stayed at the Palacio Congresos many times every time we travel from Portugal to Austria and back we make a point of staying there.This time was no different to the other times we have stayed there.The Location.The Staff.The Rooms and facilities.The Food.ALL SUPERB.Over the years the standards have not dropped, long may it continue to be so.John & Gabrielle
"Nice but...."

This is a nice hotel, located near the subway, near the Congress Center. Our principal gripe is with the service. For example, there was a possibility to prepare coffe and tea in the room. After having used the coffee and cups on our first day, we were told on the second that these were complimentary on the day of arrival only. Alhtough we had no breakfasts during our stay, we were charged for 9 of them them during our checkout. In addition we were charged for a beverage from the minifridge, we didn't consume (we noticed the first but not the second). So if you take this hotel - check what you are charged with.

The room was OK and the staff at the reception desk was friendly. The restaurant of the hotel can not be recommended! When we had dinner, the food was rather cold and distasteful. At breakfast the next morning I ordered a fried egg and bacon, and it took about 20 minutes before I got it. The hotel has a lot to do to make this better since there are not many options outside the hotel for alternative dinner or breakfast.

There were holes in the bedclothes. The interior of the room floors looks shabby. The shower needs repair. The kids liked the breakfast it was good also that during siesta the hotel was the only place in the neighborhood where I could have a cup of coffee. The ladies at the reception were nice and helpful. The location is not very central. I do not like that I have to write at least 200 words in the report. This does not encourage me to give feedback to the hotel again. During the same trip I stayed in Novotel in Barcelona. It was a nicer hotel.

If the hotel were somewhere else, it would be excellent. But it's in a nowhere-place, and you need to travel to do whatever you came to Valencia for, The metro is nearby (Beniferri) but it's the wrong line for any tourist location and you always have to change. With metro frequencies of often only every 10/15 minutes you can spend quite a lot of time waiting. The walk to the tram route looks dodgy, though to be fair we didn't experience any trouble. And the excellent Valencia bike scheme doesn't stretch out as far as this. But the area is over-supplied with hotels (the congress-centre is sort-of a bit nearby) and the unfinished new Football Stadium (no work going on, run out of money) is right next door, which is doubtless why the hotels were all built. Too much supply, not enough demand, that's why it's cheap and excellent value.

Have stayed in this hotel before and the staff are always helpful, the hotel is well maintained and clean with good facilities. A good sized undergorund car-park is also another good asset. Outside city centre but very close to the Metro station. Easy to find from the main motorway and airport.
