The hotel was excellent. the staff very friendly and welcoming. rooms were to a high standard, the food was good although by staying for 10 days the menus was not varied enough. but over all full marks.

I am truly sorry for this situation Ibis has always been a clean and nice stay and this timeI really enjoy the social areas of the Hotel, and the quick respond of the personal on dutythat solve the problem the next day, but honestly I do not see the reason to have so dirty rooms in the second floor of this location. I stayed in room 212, and is really in bad shape. Something that I never expected in an Accor Hotel, if you see my evaluation is a contradiction of rates of the different aspects to evaluate, my conclusion the Hotel needsurgently a refurbish and the people working there is doing their best to support the situation, congratulations to Accor for his employes but must expend some money refurbishing the place.

I had problems with the internet connection, and it was not fixed. I payed for 2 days, but got only one day of connection. Otherwise the service, breakfast, everything else was as expected. As usual... very satisfied with Ibis

Definitely not a 2 stars hotel, could be 3* or even 4*. Very nice, clean and the location is not far away from the city center (about 15 min walk time). Good connection to the DTM airport (20 min with public transport 440/U47). Wide rooms, bathroom is like in spaceship - very modern, but no tube. No mini bar.Rewe supermarket at the same building. Good price policy - pay 2, stay 3.

Great value for money. Clean, well maintained rooms even if they are a little on the small side. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Nice breakfast!
